This Starbucks has gone down the drain. They can't get your orders right anymore they bill you for two things when it's one thing I recommending going to the Starbucks up the road

My boyfriend decided to try the Summer Skies drink and he really didn’t like it, so I walked in and asked Julianne if I could get him a different drink for free because he was too shy to ask and admit that he didn’t like his original drink, and she made me a hot mocha drink that he absolutely loved afterwards! Thanks Julianne, you were fabulous and we love you!! Love Keisuke and Eryn

Came in here to study in the evening, had to take a quick bathroom break and see LITERAL ROACHES ON THE BATHROOM FLOOR CRAWLING AROUND. If there’s roaches in the bathroom imagine the kitchen bar area DISGUSTING!! I took a video but I can only add photos to this review

The most inconsistent Starbucks I’ve been to. I got a Frappuccino here two days ago and it was great. I got it again today and it tastes like water with a splash of syrup. Refreshers are also very inconsistent. Sometimes it’s great, sometimes it’s lemonade with a splash of acai. I don't like ordering the same thing I always get but never knowing what it’ll taste like that day.

This location is a hit or miss with the drinks. They almost ALWAYS forget my drizzle and just toss some on top after when it should be lined. I occasionally have issues with the drinks simply being very milky. You have to do pickup orders a lot earlier than other locations because they prioritize their drive through. This is EXTREMELY frustrating because I only go to this location if I’m in a rush because it’s the only one I pass if I’m taking university. I think it’s just a training issue and attention to detail. I’ve even had an employee tell me I can’t use my personal cup for water(yes it was clean)???
It is the worst place to go to pick up an order, they ignore you, they only care about attending the drive thru, you talk to them and they ignore you, I only go to pick up orders there when the customer pays well, otherwise it is a waste of time, I have More than 20 minutes waiting and they don't take out the order and the worst thing is that there is no one

Though I do not drink coffee, this has to be one of the best Starbucks I/we’ve been in ! Clean, great staff & (according to Mary) and Cold Brew done right !
The only minus is that the parking area is narrow. Tread with caution when entering and exiting because some still drive too fast. I almost hit by someone in a rush to take a turn into I parking. Also, the cup used for my coffee buckled under heat of coffee and burned my hand so make sure the lid is well placed
