Paid a dollar and 25 cents extra for cold foam and they put whipped cream on my drink (free). Bet you thought I wouldn’t notice. Well I did. Lazy and distasteful.

One of the worst Starbucks I have been to, just a terrible moody service. Great atmosphere and location but terrible customer service. And the coffee is different here
They say they cannot give cups of water i am a paying customer even if i just bought an item at what point do we stop supporting company’s who jsut don’t care about us and only want too make 100x profits who has spend close to thousand dollars their and they can’t give me a water cup i tried too explain to the lady i do not want a bottled water because im against micro plastic and they are permiant in your body and bad for you but she’s rudely trying too push this water bottle on me i even offered to pay for a shot of vinilla she cns keep it i just want some water and she said she can’t do that how much does the water really cost you don’t waste your time here

I’m really disappointed with the customer service I received at this Starbucks location. I accidentally placed my order for in-store pickup instead of the drive-thru, and when I arrived, I explained the situation to the staff. Instead of offering a solution or showing understanding, they told me I had to come inside—which I was willing to do—but then laughed at me, which felt rude and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, and a little kindness goes a long way, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here. It was an unnecessarily inconvenient and frustrating experience. I expect better from Starbucks and hope this location can improve its approach to customer service.
