I understand there was a limited number of teddy bear cups to give out, but having your employees buy all of them for themselves before the store even opens—taking them off the shelf while customers are waiting outside at 4 a.m. to get one for their child—shows complete selfishness and a total disregard for your customers. This is completely unacceptable, and I don’t care if it’s happening at other Starbucks locations as well. It should not be happening here.

I don’t really leave many reviews but I just had to leave one for the girl who was working the window on September 23, 2025 at around 11:40 am. She was so incredibly kind and had such a positive attitude. She got my order out quickly, which this Starbucks usually always does anyway.
