I call ahead to see what I have to do to get my wife this Teddy Bear cup she wanted. They tell me I can go either drive thru or walk in. So I'm the first car camped out in the drive thru. At open I ask for the cup and they tell me I had to be standing in line. Thank you for wasting hours of my life. I'll be sticking to Dutch Bros from now on. Never again.

I was blown away by how genuinely warm and welcoming the team was at this Starbucks! The employees were so friendly, accommodating, and upbeat, it honestly felt like the level of hospitality you’d expect from Chick-fil-A or Disney. They greeted everyone with a smile, made sure each order was perfect, and created such a positive atmosphere. What a refreshing and pleasant experience! This is the friendliest, cleanest, most inviting Starbucks I have ever been to. It is my local. I have never been in without smiling at how the staff treat the customers and each other. The atmosphere is busy as a hive, but there is laughter, greetings, and good music in the background. If you are in the Orlando area, make this a stop on your list.

I have been using this location at least 2 or 3 times per month. There is always the same issue they take lots if time to serve and then they dont even know the orders. Very bad service. I will not come back anymore and will recommend not to do it to see if they improve.
