I have been using this location at least 2 or 3 times per month. There is always the same issue they take lots if time to serve and then they dont even know the orders. Very bad service. I will not come back anymore and will recommend not to do it to see if they improve.

Best service I’ve ever had in a Starbucks, the barista remembered my name and my order, even though I’d only been there once before. I feel like I made a new friend! Even when their system was down, they accidentally made my friends drink twice and she got to keep the extra one.

They made my god so fast but I had to wait for 10 min for a regular hour coffee. I would have had to wait more but I finally asked the status of my coffee and they tried to say that it was because they're was a lot of people ahead of me... weird because people that came after me were getting their orders. After waiting about 3 more minutes someone comes and asks me what my drink was and they'll make it right now... but I thought you were working on my order...?

The best Starbucks we’ve ever been to. We hit up this Starbucks 3 different times and I feel like I finally understand why people go crazy for Starbucks. We were visiting from out of town and the Starbucks in our town always taste burnt and bitter. This location was so consistently smooth and the staff super nice and friendly

I’ve been to a million Starbuckses all over the country but this one had by far the worst customer service. The lady taking drive through orders had the worst attitude, as well as the girl making the drinks.
I asked for my drink to have caramel syrup. I pay, roll up to the window, take a sip, and it doesn’t taste like anything. I let the girl at the window know, and she rolls her eyes, takes my drink, and comes back with caramel sauce all over the top.
I drove out of drive thru, parked, and walked inside so they could fix it. Caramel sauce is very different than caramel syrup, any partner should know that, and Starbucks drinks are too expensive to walk away with something you don’t like.
I let the gentleman at the counter know what happened and he asked the girl on bar to fix it for me right away (kudos to him) but the girl who made the previous drink remade this one, slamming things all over the place, and when she was done she slid it to me over the counter and said “have a good day” in a dismissive tone without even looking up.
All in all it just felt like for the two ladies in question, being there and making coffee was a burden. I felt like an annoyance and like my patronage was unwanted.
The young lady at the drive-thru window at 10:27am on Thursday 9/5/24 had the brightest smile, so professional and pleasant, especially when she said "have a pleasant day family"...we felt the connection! So sorry I didn't see your name but your team members and manager will know who you are! You made our day!
