Just waited in line for 15 minutes and was told the internet was down and I had to get cash. Went and got cash and the line was all the way out. They should put their sign at the front where the line starts instead of hiding it by the register. Very disappointing. Ending up walking away because I had food for my kids.

I’m not sure if it’s because there are too many people waiting and they are rushing but they are inconsistent…one coffee was made fine and the other was light like almost drinking a milk shake.

Waited on long line just to find out no coffee! Really. Put a sign out tell people. Then ordered a sandwich that is on the menu to find out they don't make it anymore. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!

Tried to charge me $1 for no ice and $.80 for light ice this morning 1/31/25. Backed up by shift lead on the attempt to charge for less/no ice so nope nope nope. They were also rude and I have been here many times over the years. I went down the street to the next Starbucks, these people are delusional and rude, decent hotel though

This Starbucks location inside the Adventura hotel is great. We’ve stayed here on several occasions and have always got coffee & breakfast here. The staff has always been great. This place does occasionally get a long line at various morning hours however the staff will work through it. 5/5!
This Starbucks is strategically located in the Hotel lobby, with a wide variety of products like the other locations. The area is clean and organized. I found the staff polite, fast and very friendly. The refreshments were good, but I found the Cheese Danish tasteless and hard.
Decent little Starbucks in the hotel lobby. Did the job in the morning before heading out to the parks. Staff were friendly and quick turning orders around

The staff here is top-notch! I went here every morning and a few times at night during my stay. The food and drinks were good, but for me, it was the staff. The staff immediately took note of my mobility issues and would always willing to bring the drink to me even though I was getting up to meet them at the counter. When I mentioned that the drink wasn't sweet enough for me, they suggested an extra shot of vanilla, which was perfect. Not to mention that when my son was sick, they let me buy a power aid and turned it into an icy to help me to get him to drink. Thank you to the staff for all your kindness and help!
Wheelchair accessibility: I could have gotten around with my scooter, but I didn't park it since I do have some mobility. That said, they noted this and really accommodated.

We grabbed some food (out of a lot of things) and drinks, base expresso (coffee) tasted old & my caramel macchiato had no caramel & very little vanilla. Not sure if the employee just didn’t care or a manager that is to worried about their food cost. But either way, skip it here and take the water taxi over to the amazing one at City Walk.

App and gift cards do not work here. Massively overpriced. $3 for a mini-scone!?! Friendly staff, but what a ripoff. But you’ll pay anyway, and Universal and Starbucks know it.
