Have a system for humans waiting for their mobile orders
I love having a Starbucks so close to me but it needs a lot of managerial help to be feasible and keep humans coming back.

Personally,
I received a tall but I didn’t have time to ask for it to be fixed because of several people already waiting 20 minutes before me and my sandwich was practically raw. Please strive to be better and represent your company in an amazing way!

The Starbucks on Edgewater in College Park Rocks it the best. They are always pleasant and they always greet you with a smile. What they write on the cups for us is indeed the best. I enjoy seeing what they write. One day having a bad morning and I get my coffee they wrote on the cups “You got this “ Made my day the best ever after that. I'm glad to see other people writing similar reviews. I live in College Park close to this Starbucks. This Starbucks remodeled into a walk-up window only. This business model may be efficient for the workers, but it is extremely inefficient and inconvenient for the customer. Secondly, College Park is a friendly area - neighbors like to order from local businesses and visit with one another while doing so; you all took that away from this area. I hope other locals will start to go elsewhere as I will no longer be giving this location my business.

Staff at this location are friendly and I’ve noticed that they are trying new ways to improve the wait time as it is a walk up location. I find any delays are due to it being a busy time of day. I appreciate they are doing their best to make wait times as short as possible.

This site closed its interior to be a pick up only window and somehow they got even SLOWER! how does that happen? They should just close down at this point. They can’t get it together

All I have to say is what the hell. I am a long time customer and ordered a venti iced vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Included is my receipt and what i received. It took 15 minutes for them to get me my drink and once I got it and already running late to work, it was the wrong size and I was given extra sweet cream to make things right. What the absolute hell lol I just wanted a venti. I ordered ahead for a reason. This Starbucks needs to get it together.

I drove to the Starbucks about 15 minutes from my house and placed an order for a beverage, only to be informed that the hot bar had already been taken apart for cleaning—before the store had officially closed. This was quite an inconvenience for customers. Jakevia, who identified herself as the manager on duty, explained the situation.
I completely understand that after a long day, the team is eager to close up and go home. However, in the future, I kindly ask that the machines remain available until the store is officially closed so that customers can still have the full range of options. Thank you for your understanding.
