This is the best Starbucks in town. The staff is so friendly and kind. Not only are they fast but they make my customized drink to perfection every time. And I go to lots of other Starbucks - this one is the best.

Only giving 2 stars because I like the ease of ordering ahead but the coffee is trash at this location. Ever since it was renovated to be a walk up window the coffee is terrible and masked by so much cream that you didn’t ask for. The walk up window doesn’t bother me but it doesn’t make sense and they’re usually out of cold brew and breakfast sandwiches I like.

I've never felt compelled to leave a review of a Starbucks before but honestly this is long overdue. The employees at this Starbucks location are incredible. It goes beyond just being nice and great at what they do. They remember your name. They are welcoming and happy to banter while mixing up a delicious drink. They offer samples of new products all the time, something I've personally never experienced at any other Starbucks in my life. In fact, I'd go so far as to say that they make coming to Starbucks for my morning coffee actually fun. I would list the names of these legends but frankly I won't be able to remember all of them and I don't want to leave anyone out because they're all fantastic. Thank you for starting all of my mornings off right!

What happened? 20.years as a loyal customer at our neighborhood Starbucks cafe. Now we have to wait out in the heat to order and receive our drink?. And no more cafe to sit and enjoy? What happened? I keep trying to find reasons to continue being a Starbucks customer but this is another reason not to.

Honestly, this new renovation is not the best. It makes things 10 times slower and less efficient. Mobile orders have to wait for regular orders to pick up their items and it’s just inconvenient. I prefer when you could just grab and go if you did a mobile order.

SBUX missed an opportunity here in the renovation. Understandably this store needed to increase its production capacity and speed up order prep time, but it did so by making the pickup process more cumbersome. Waiting for staff to retrieve an order rather than being able to grab it yourself is a pain for both customers and, it seems, the staff. And with parking still limited to what it was before, stopping by this location in the weekday morning hours is still a huge pain.
