This site closed its interior to be a pick up only window and somehow they got even SLOWER! how does that happen? They should just close down at this point. They can’t get it together

All I have to say is what the hell. I am a long time customer and ordered a venti iced vanilla sweet cream cold brew. Included is my receipt and what i received. It took 15 minutes for them to get me my drink and once I got it and already running late to work, it was the wrong size and I was given extra sweet cream to make things right. What the absolute hell lol I just wanted a venti. I ordered ahead for a reason. This Starbucks needs to get it together.

I drove to the Starbucks about 15 minutes from my house and placed an order for a beverage, only to be informed that the hot bar had already been taken apart for cleaning—before the store had officially closed. This was quite an inconvenience for customers. Jakevia, who identified herself as the manager on duty, explained the situation.
I completely understand that after a long day, the team is eager to close up and go home. However, in the future, I kindly ask that the machines remain available until the store is officially closed so that customers can still have the full range of options. Thank you for your understanding.

Amazing just wow. The drink was so good that I thought that it would have been a Michelin star drink! The staff amazing, was instantly welcomed by them (barely any Starbucks welcomes people) and lady with the eyebrow piercing was so kind! Definitely coming again!! And would recommend!

Bad store design with the pick up / order window. Staff doesn’t know you’re there when you’re ordering. You’ll wait forever on your order.

I had a really disappointing experience at this location. Even though I ordered through the app, my order wasn’t even started until I got out of my car to ask about it. On top of that, they got it wrong and I had to wait another 5 minutes for them to make it right. It felt completely unorganized and far from the standard I’m used to at other Starbucks locations. Definitely not what I expected.

I came today 6/30 at 7:40pm and they see me and they just pretend that they didn’t saw me. So they didn’t take my order.

This morning I ordered two drinks through Uber Eats, an Ice Matcha that was 60% ice, the powder could be seen as if it weren't liquidized and they didn't add sweetener to the drink (the app said it would come with regular sweetener), also an iced coffee which I ordered without a foamy and they added it too and put too much ice, I kindly called the store and the only thing they said was that I should ask for compensation through the app, I called to notify that the order had not arrived properly prepared (which is on the part of the cafeteria and not the delivery service) thanks Sofi, for not helping at all.

This is more a pick up / order and go Starbucks. The attention was great and everything was perfect but this is not a great place to stop and have a rest

It was a beautiful day to be out and about when we went here and found that they had an interesting spin on a Starbucks location. This was a walk up store! I could imagine that it would be a little challenging when raining but we had an amazing experience at this location. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick. Would define visit this location again if I was in the area!

This new Starbucks design is terrible. I was the only person outside, waiting in line for 10 minutes, and no one even acknowledged me. The only employee I saw prioritized the pickup window instead of taking my order. If I had at least been waiting inside, this wouldn’t have been such an issue. Starbucks, you need to get it together—this is the worst design I’ve ever seen at one of your locations.
