Here I am wanting matcha for the whole day, I finally get the chance to get my matcha at bora bora right next door. However they didn’t have strawberry so their matcha sucked and it was also grainy. Luckily for me there was a Starbucks right next door that’s open until 10, so I drive there for my matcha. HOWEVER I get there 5 minutes before closing go to the drive through, and low and behold they are closed, now a have a disgusting taste from the matcha in bora bora still in my mouth and I’m talking to the machine that tells me you guys are closed, so thanks a lot now yall made me write a review on my friends account because my google account is still connected to my school.

A great location. They make the Carmel Frappuccino the old fashioned way. Now i really hope there is an old fashioned way, or this review may be inferred as exaggerated.

Starbucks makes a uniformly good product, which is why it has captured such strong market share. This location is reliable, and the staff is cool.
A particularly difficult customer was handled with patience. It was impressive. Don't be that customer.
You do Your part, they'll do theirs. Dogs and cats will live together in harmony, and the world will be a better place to live.
Okay, it's coffee, about coffee, but good coffee may just be the first step towards world peace. i can get rather cranky without coffee, and there's Starbucks!

This Starbucks has to be the worst . The customer service is terrible my order was completely wrong then we got the manager in the back on her phone I think I remember her name was Jaivera I don’t recommend this Starbucks at all

Six people watching one person work. When “watching “ staff does lend a hand - rude. Management on hand but not addressing staff. One staff member super loud and aggressive, was spoken to briefly without change in behavior. If I was Disney would consider changing contract with this “non-Starbucks “.

Lexi is a real rockstar! There was a huge line when I got here and she was serving every guests with a huge smile, very calm, awesome awesome service. She’s the kind of person and the energy you want to encounter in the morning. Great job!!!
Manner went above and beyond to help me today. I was having a terrible day and his kindness really turned it around. Good drinks, great staff.
