I sent my son to pick up a mobile order today and it was specifically a drive through pickup. I sent my son who has PTSD with social anxiety, and the team member at the drive through hassled him with an attitude telling him the next time he needs to come inside. Why would he have to come inside for a mobile drive through pickup that was already paid for?!?! While I understand that perhaps it can be a stressful job, there is no need for attitudes; you don't know what struggles people have, and how interactions like these can make a person feel. I'm trying to teach my son to take risks and go out into the world and this person certainly didn't help. DO. BETTER!

my experience great! i was served by mell and the customer services was amazing she was polite and patient with me. in addition she also finished my coffee just how i wanted it. if you are in the area i definitely recommend it

I came in to Starbucks and normally have no problem with this location but today, today was horrible!!! I came in and ordered my drink at 243 and prior to me ordering there was one person in front of me. With that being said I waited 15 mins for my drink to be made. On top of that the staff looked miserable.

I have been a customer of this Starbucks for 3 years, I always order 1 Mocha white chocolate, one regular, both venti no whip, I order this almost every day. For two weeks with certain new employees, orders have gone wrong, or two white chocolates, or simply the order has a bad taste. Hire new staff but teach them to place orders correctly, I won't go again

I had the disgrace of coming back to this Starbucks since it is unfortunately the closest to my house. This time they had an issue with my accent, which is somewhat strong but still completely understandable. I had to have my daughter talk for me because it seemed as if the woman taking my order didn’t even want to attempt understanding what I was saying. It was one of the most humiliating and belittling experience. The customer service at this Starbucks has never exceeded any form of any standards not even the bare minimum. I’ve started to doubt if they hire people with terrible attitude and ever worse customer service on purpose. The situation about said customer service has never once improved. The worst part is when you leave a review they respond with a link that doesn’t even work. I also wonder if this is also done on purpose. I feel absolutely hopeless in this situation and I find it harder each day to continue being optimistic that this huge issue will change.
