Terrible service and drinks. Will only be going to the Starbucks at memory mall from now on. I ordered an iced matcha latte today and they made it hot instead. When I asked to remake it they dumped ice over the top of it and handed it to me. Definitely not the same thing. The ratio of matcha was off as it was also way too concentrated. Every time I come here my drink looks totally different each time. Not worth the money

I was excited about going to school with the Starbucks on campus but was very disappointed when I found you can’t use gift cards or that app. I’ve now been getting less Starbucks as a result to try and save my money. They should implement it then I would go more.

I went there yesterday and was using my starbucks app and gift card that is on my app with money loaded on the card. I've been using this feature for over a year and was told by the barista, that they have never used this.And she's the same girl that waits on me almost every single time I come there which is like four times a week?????? What is going on?!?! Crazy!!!

I ordered summer raspberry lemonade refresher with full of ice into my stanley mug, and the guy just gave full of ice but not with my drink, still steal my 7.27 dollars for only ice. No raspberry boba, no refresher.

Service could be better. I felt like I was bothering them when ordering and because I forgot the sizes. The lady that took my order wasn't very friendly

I wouldn't know about the service or food. The website said they were open until 6 during move-in week, I practically sprinted across campus to get there around 5:20 and the were already closed! The lady said, no we closed at 5 today ... well thats great, cuz Now I cant get to any of the other locations either. AWESOME! Sucked!

Can definitely get packed during peak hours, but in the early morning they’re very quick. Even during peak hours, the wait is not unreasonable. This is my go-to Starbucks on campus.
