They charge regular store prices! I can’t tell you how nice that is, no upcharge for being in citywalk. We just got a cold beverage, but the service was fast and good. We came on a quiet day, so there was no line. Can’t speak to what it would be like in a busy day.
I had a good experience here. The service was fast and efficient. The inside and outside have a great atmosphere. Coffee was spot on and they also offer other beverages and food items.
I can totally see why some guests are upset here. This Starbucks is located at a very very crowded high-traffic area. During peak hours, expect some below par services.
But during my visit on a Monday evening, everything was perfect. The space is huge, greatly air-conditioned, drinks are okay and staff are very friendly. The seatings are extremely comfortable that I got rejuvenated enough to make back to the parking lot.
