It’s not worth it. Word travels around the courthouse fast but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Drinks, food and service don’t feel the same and definitely don’t taste good without the star of the store. It’s like no one else knows what they’re doing or wants to be there. Was told very rudely to not ask for Mia and then we proceeded to hear the manager complain to baristas about it, her and us. No wonder she quit. I’ve reported this to the proper channels. Shame it’s gone so downhill considering it’s so close. If you want a good coffee and banging food, go around the corner to Craft & Common. Even 7/11 is a step up from what this location has become.

Closed 30 minutes earlier than declared. Disappointed.
Absolutely not worth it. Don’t come here unless you WANT to be disappointed. Coworker just posted but I couldn’t keep quiet. Without the ONLY pleasant and talented barista/manager (Mia. She ALWAYS wore her name tag with pleasure) we have yet to see since this place opened, don’t even bother. Drip coffee is always gonna be cold with grounds in it and no one wants to help you- they’d rather make you an americano than brew a cup of coffee, food is apparently always spoiled (the red haired barista said this to another) or under/over cooked, the store manager is as sarcastic and unprofessional as they come, and Amaya is the most unpleasant manager/barista I’ve ever met. I’ve reported this store to multiple outlets after they laughed when I asked where Mia was and if she was available to make my drinks and food. Shame on upper management for letting this place fall so far and allowing a barista to be forced out.

Ordered a drip coffee, it was cold and there was grounds in it.
I’m not typically one to post petty negative reviews, but my recent experience at the N Magnolia Starbucks in Downtown Orlando, left much to be desired. I visited around 8:30 am, and while it was somewhat busy, it wasn’t overwhelmingly crowded.
After browsing the merchandise, I selected a cup to buy and moved to the register and placed my order. The total for everything was $53 and change. When I went to pay with a $50 and a $5 bill, I was told the store doesn’t accept any bills over $20. I asked, “Even if the total is over $50?” The associate went to get the manager, who reiterated the policy without offering any flexibility and then turning and walking away, leaving me to use a credit card instead.
After that, I found a table to wait for my order. Roughly 20 minutes later, a barista called out my name, and my partner went to pick up my drink. The barista seemed uncertain about the order and repeated the drink name a few times, so I called out back to confirm it. Five minutes later, my name was called out again by the manager, this time for the second drink. Although I’d specified “no whipped cream,” the drink came with a large dollop of it. My partner had to wait another few minutes to get the manager or barista's attention to fix the order. After getting the managers attention and explaining the issue, the manager grabbed the drink then turned around, opened and removed the whipped cream by scraping it off with the lid and handed it back.
The manager’s approach to customer service was very disappointing, and it was also unclear who they were as they were not wearing a name tag. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t recommend this location due to the below-average customer service I encountered, which is not what I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.

I frequent this Starbucks because I work across the street, and today was the "Free Cup" day and I wanted the Creme brule drink, and upon ordering it, the app said it was sold out and suggested another drink, so I ordered that drink instead, and the Egg bites, which were burned. Upon picking up my order, which it was 10 minutes late, the employee said I didn't order the right drink to get a free cup. Mind you, I just spent $14.00 on the suggested drink. I told her what happened in the app, and she said, she was sorry, but no. I got irritated and then another employee came over with about 15 cups and said that I needed to adjust my attitude. UM, yeah. I was in the wrong? No. What happened to the customer is always right??? Guess you lost another customer STARBUCKS.

Noticed me at the door at 5:45 it’s Thursday you guys should be closing at 6
I came here last week while I was charging my electric vehicle to pass time. I got a cup of water and waited outside. Today another server Amaya refused to give me a cup of water. She says it's a "new policy" they started a month ago. I'm pretty sure it's standard Statbucks policy to not refuse anyone a cup of water. I just relocated here from NYC and you can go to any starbucks and get a cup. I wonder why she chose to discriminate against me today?

During my stay, I frequently got coffee at this location. I was very pleased with the hospitality of the staff, more specifically, Ms. Yvienne & Ms. Mati. I would be happy to return to this location.

Low end Starbucks. Don’t have porcelain. Can’t break more than $20 and next to a hotel where there would be many tourists needing both. Lame.

Five stars for a Starbucks, because it was clean, bright and they had it all including food and lots of space . They need some lights on the outside, or a lighted sign as it always looks dark and closed from the street ... (even in broad daylight.)

The barista at the register seems pretty bothered to be taking order in person.
