This Starbucks’ location should have their license revoked. They do not subscribe to the positive customer relations fundamentals that has made me a literal lifelong customer. They were 15 minutes late with my drink order and I had a court hearing across the street. I informed them of the issue after wards and they just shrugged their shoulders. I don’t know what happened to my drink that I paid for. I do know this place is not for those who expect a coffee within a reasonable time frame (under 15 minutes after the expected pick up time). Also, there merchandise is super dirty and they let unleashed dogs roam around the store.

The employee were more focused on talking then making the coffee right. She made 2 Frappuccino a the same which they were not, one was oatmeal. They laughed and joked about it to her coworker. Didn’t bother to remake it. Took a whole 15 minutes to make 2 coffee and it wasn’t even busy
 they were just gossiping.

Beware this location has auto tip selected when you checkout. Just unreal never seen a Starbucks set the tip at 18 percent. Always at Starbucks it should be set at no tip. Very sneaky—I almost purchased without seeing that
 no business especially Starbucks should have auto tip applied it should always be customers discretion. Very distrustful.

Can’t reiterate enough how bad the service is here how many times my order ahead isn’t ready or someone else takes it - the workers are trying to but they are under staffed or under trained

It’s not worth it. Word travels around the courthouse fast but I wanted to give the benefit of the doubt. Drinks, food and service don’t feel the same and definitely don’t taste good without the star of the store. It’s like no one else knows what they’re doing or wants to be there. Was told very rudely to not ask for Mia and then we proceeded to hear the manager complain to baristas about it, her and us. No wonder she quit. I’ve reported this to the proper channels. Shame it’s gone so downhill considering it’s so close. If you want a good coffee and banging food, go around the corner to Craft & Common. Even 7/11 is a step up from what this location has become.
