Food court Starbucks "1106" is CLOSED! Asking for help in directions was pointless. Looking at the useless mall map was useless too. Supposedly there is another Starbucks in the outlet, but I'm thirsty & cold --- gave up searching for it & left.

The red head girl at the drive through has a poor attitude. Drinks were good but we had to send them back to adjust they weren't made correctly the first time.

Always lovely and friendly staff. Drinks are made fairly fast although being busy. They normally have all food and drink options available :)

I arrived to Starbucks at 8:30pm to order a medicine ball because I’m sick and they’re closed. I can totally understand them being closed at this time but the Google listing says they close at 9pm. The barista is on the headset although they are closed and replies to me informing her that the listing shows them as open until 9pm with “nah not this one my friend. Have a goodnight though.” Instead apologizing for the incorrect listing and saying they’ll get it fixed. Terrible service.

Update: they moved to another location. They are no longer in the food court, but a short walk from it. They should update this information

Most Starbucks have the water buckets on the side, and the barista was so rude about me asking for a cup of water. Spend so much money here just to get bad service when asking for water. So disappointing.
