I don’t recommend this Starbucks at all. I ordered a mocha Frappuccino and waited around 20 minutes. When I finally received it, I was very disappointed—the drink tasted watery and wasn’t frozen at all. This was really surprising and not what I expected.

If you are in a hurry dont go there. 40 minutes to get 3 croissants 1 chocolate croissant And 1 cinnamon pull appart. The order came in two parts so one of us have to wait longer. 50 minutes for the cinnamon.

If I could give the employees on this store a “0”, I would ! I went to the store at 8:10pm (stores closed at 9pm) and they had the chairs all up in the tables. My kid went to sit on the corner, the guy loudly said “You can’t sit there”, not only that… I went to order an egg bites and the girl told me that they can’t do it because the oven was turned off. So you are telling me that it’s 50 minutes before closing and you can’t have potential customers sat on the designated area and you can’t provide an item from your menu because the oven was “turned off”. It looks like you wanted to leave early and not take care of the customers. Absolutely ridiculous

Unprofessional and disappointing experience.
I waited over 20 minutes for my order at the Starbucks located inside the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets food court, and the level of service was absolutely unacceptable. When I asked about my drink, I was told, “Oh well, we didn’t see it because the machine was broken.” There was no apology, no empathy, and zero sense of customer care.
If your system is broken, communicate with your customers—don’t just shrug it off. The person at the counter, Clara (if that’s even her name), was dismissive and unprofessional. This experience completely tainted my view of Starbucks. I’ve always trusted the brand for consistency and good service, but this location fell far below expectations.
Unless serious improvements are made, I won’t be returning.

Quick service, workers are incredibly friendly and easy to talk to, especially Andrew. He joked with us, payed up compliments and left us feeling happy! Would 100% go again, we all left happy with boosted egos 😂

Had an amazing vacation in Orlando, 2 weeks of paradise, however the staff in this establishment had a terrible atmosphere and were so rude. In every Starbucks I have been too if you ask for tap water they will happily give you. It was one afternoon very hot and I popped in asking for an iced tap water, staff refused and were very rude about it even though no one was in the shop. Particularly a larger man serving. Would never go this Starbucks again. There’s a way to speak to people and that’s just not it at all. So patronising. Date I visited was 4th September at around 4:20ish
