Zach, Linda, and Faith are absolute sweethearts. I'm visiting ORL for the week and have visited everyday since I got here. 5 star service every single time.

This is the Starbucks in front of the target not inside. I just want to make that clear. Completely different experiences with the two.
I have to say, this location is hands down the best Starbucks in all of Central Florida. My family and I visit Starbucks frequently, and we always joke that the employees at this location must be trained by Mickey Mouse! It doesn’t matter what day, what time, or who we interact with, there is always an exceptional amount of enthusiasm and positivity from everyone on the team.
Today, my kids went on their own, and they couldn’t stop talking about how kind, happy, and upbeat everyone was. They said it even lifted their spirits and gave them a boost of energy. I wanted to take a moment to recognize this location because it’s clear that the management here is phenomenal.
The kindness, positivity, and authenticity of the team are truly unmatched. It’s so refreshing to start the day with such an uplifting experience.
This is why we choose this Starbucks over any other in Central Florida. So, a huge shoutout and thank you to the entire team! Please know that what you’re doing is making a difference. This location shines bright, changing lives and spreading positivity, one order at a time. No small act of kindness goes unnoticed, and this Starbucks has gone above and beyond!

As a Starbucks fanatic I am so disappointed in this location. I usually order coffee from this establishment as it's to my best convenience, right across the street from my job and although the drive thru set up is terrible it's never been an issue. Today happens to be my birthday and after ordering my drink at the drive thru, I proceeded to the window for payment but wanted to inquire about the birthday free drink rewards program. The gentleman at the window was so polite and said he could find out once he scanned my Starbucks app. As I pulled out my phone for him to scan, what appears to be the manager came to the window with my drink and said "just go". I looked up confused as I did not know what or exactly who she was talking to. After excusing myself she repeated "just go, I have a long line behind you". I want to express there was only two vehicles behind me. I was not looking to get anything free, a "happy birthday" and a little patience would've gone a long way. This Dunkin Donuts behavior is unacceptable at Starbucks, especially from a manager or supervisor. I don't mind paying a little extra for coffee as long as I get treated as a decent human being.

Ordered a caramel brûlée today and it made me extremely sick, not sure if the milk was sitting out too long but I’m not sure I can ever have a latte again.

The food and drinks are what you’d expect from a Starbucks but the employees are second to none. I’m local and a relatively frequent flyer, and EVERY single time I have visited they have been the kindest, nicest people that get your on your way with a bit more sunshine in your day.
