Just got a pike roast, easy peasy.
Would not have done a review, except that the staff was actually so friendly (and at the airport!) and the lines were so long but they moved it along so fast, that I really wanted to give the staff here a shout out. Great job guys! The crew working ok n 7/24/2025 at 11am were super stars!

Not the best experience. I always get cream and sugar in my black coffee. I've never had it messed up. Today they put cinnamon in it? Not sure how that works haha. But it's caffeine so.

Coffee is fine but dear God the customer service isn’t just bad, it’s rude. I greet the cashier and ask him how he is doing…he looks at me like I just spit on him. Then mid order he turns around and starts flirting with his coworker and then turns around again and goes “oh what was that again?”. His name was Jay but the whole group minus two girls weren’t working. The girl who made my coffee was working and everyone else was huddled up gossiping while the line waited to inconvenience them with our orders. After a day of travel the last thing I want to deal with is rudeness. Do better!

Always go to this Starbucks when we fly which is about once or twice a month. Never again. Tracey Ann (name on receipt) was so unfriendly and snotty. We asked her over and over to SPEAK UP because we couldn’t hear or understand her. She was very rude back. We wanted to complain to the manager but apparently there wasn’t one around. If you don’t like your job or people, quit and find a non restaurant job!!! Smile and be friendly, and talk so I can hear you! That’s all I want!

I'd like to thank Asia for being awesome and cheering me up today. While I was ordering food at the Asian place, I accidentally spieled my Ice matcha. I returned to buy another one to replace it, and she did not hesitate to replace it for me. I offered to pay, but she went above and beyond and gave it to me for free. It was entirely my fault, but I loved how she took care of me and made me smile. I already had a shitty day today, from all the stress at the airport in Maryland to the entire day feeling like I've been cursed. Everything was truly going wrong. And spieling my drink in public almost sent me to the roof. I am only here at MCO for a layover. This small act of kindness truly lifted my spirit, and thank you so much. I Loved her smile too! Again, thank you for all you do, and for making my day, Asia!

She deserves to be promoted and lead your location!

It's probably the slowest starbucks I have ever been to, and I have been to stores with just 1 or 2 employees. Got a coffee and a Dragon Drink. The dragon drink barely had any coconut milk in it and literally 3 pieces of dragon fruit in it. Wasn't worth waiting the time to get it remade. Save your time and either get coffee elsewhere, or wait until you land elsewhere.

My cup was only about 2/3 full, not quite what I paid for. Also the caramel macchiato seemed to have zero caramel or sweetness in it...just burnt espresso and some milk, lots of foam

So I've been traveling through here for 10 yrs. Corporate really needs to check this place out. They have a I don't care attitude. They are messing around behind the counter which we are staring at them. just trying to get a food or drink order takes longer than the drink takes to make. I would rather mcdonalds coffee than this service. Starbucks should be disgusted with how they are running this starbucks.

Extremely Slow cashier and barista were very nice, but service was extremely slow. For how many people were at the airport that day they should have way more people working. I almost missed my flight because of the service, no hate to the workers it’s not their fault I blame management.

Many thanks to Melanie, who made coffee for my family and I before our flight. My kids appreciated the cake pops! The line moved quickly, and the staff worked efficiently. The area was kept clean. Will visit again before a flight.

Separate you mobile orders from walk up! people standing in line are getting 30 plus minute waits due to the over abundance of mobile orders. Have a station for mobile only and a station for walk up. Isn’t rocket science.
