Thank you Thani for your excellent service. Starbucks should have more employees with that positive attitude. Impressive experience, thanks again!!! 👍👍💯💯🏆🏆

At least when I wait 30 mins for a rollercoaster there’s something decent at the end. So when I order 2 extra hot/wet latte and one with SF Vanilla I end up with nothing being written on the cups other than “yumm” and both with vanilla in them. Yeah, great, and a premium to boot.

We ordered here a couple of times. The 1st time they added lots of ice despite asking them for less ice. The 2nd time the Barista was very slow. Most of them were fast but some of them are super slow. Also the taste was not that great. I would not recommend this place.

Fantastic atmosphere and seating, much attributed to its host hotel. Parking can be a challenge if You are not a guest.
The beverages are reliable, people friendly.

The morning shift worker Lila is the sweetest girl! She always got my order right and made sure everything was up to par.
Overall they are very speedy and efficient and their cold brew might have turned me into a Starbucks girl 😂
Might be the worst Starbucks in Florida.
Line hasnt moved in 20 minutes. Meanwhile 4 employees just hanging out behind the counter talking. Wtf.
Kind of gross the lady who grabbed our drinks picked up the empty cups with her fingers on the inside of the cup.
Jocelyn was so great! Helpful, kind, and made a great coffee!!
Amazing place

Can be very busy, long queues, very popular with the guests.
1) Starbucks App not accepted
2) In a 50 deep line, why would you have your register lead as someone whose primary language It's something other than English when everybody is speaking it.
3) ran out of the line or no sugar vanilla syrup I'm literally the busiest day of the year... As the store was opening. This leads me to believe there is poor logistics on the management.
After an issue with their payment terminal that indicated my card was declined, and despite my Amex app showing that the payment had been approved twice, the person at the counter claimed that my order was not paid.
The manager (Angela) intervened and made a surprising gesture by telling me that we hadn’t paid.
Although the service started poorly, it ended well. It’s strange that the payment machine indicates “Approved” and my app confirms it, but their POS screen shows the opposite.

Fafa was an amazing barista! She made our stay welcoming and gave recommendations on drinks and treated us special for our friends birthday! We will definitely come back! Highly recommend
