I wanted a specific drink but when I ordered the girl basically argued with me about it and ultimately bullied me into getting a drink I did not want. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but I left very unsatisfied and honestly annoyed. I’ve never had anyone at any Starbucks act that way when I order drinks with mods. From the other reviews with similar experiences I gather management doesn’t read these, so hopefully consumers will at least get a heads up. I’m shocked no responses have been made from other complaints!

Sarah helped me while I was there today. She recommended an oatmilk shaken espresso latte with the new non dairy cold foam. She definitely hit it out of the park! So so good! Sarah was so helpful and sweet. She was more than willing to help me make a decision and was so sweet about it. Thank you for your help and recommendation Sarah!

Place was fairly new. Clean, open. Plenty of room to walk around. At the time of my visit (11:30am) there were plenty of seats available. The staff were helpful but not friendly. They seemed to have preferred that I pre ordered with my app. It seems that entering my order in their POS was an inconvenience for her. Priority was given to their car thru service and I felt that I had to wait longer than what I should have. Note - I spent over 15yrs in the fast food industry so I do have a little more knowledge about these types of concepts than most.

Went through the drive thru for an Oleato, they gave me the wrong drink. Label was even wrong. Went inside to ask them for the right drink, argued it was the same drink despite the wrong label and drink look. Then gave me nasty looks and attitude and then still made me the wrong drink and added cayenne spice to my drink. Me asking politely for my proper drink shouldn’t result in me getting attitude, the wrong drink and a bonus hot spice added. This is disgusting that you are unhappy you have to remake an order you got wrong and have to add cayenne to it? Do y’all really want a future lawsuit? That’s ridiculous retaliation over a wrong drink.

I had the best service here today, nicest starbucks barista I have ever met. So sweet, wish I got her name. My coffee spilled in my car that I purchased earlier, she replaced it with no hesitation. Great 5 star service. Bravo!!
