The cashier working the night shift tonight needs to be a little more polite and courteous to his customers. I placed my order online, but I was sitting inside the restaurant. My daughter asked for a glass of water, and he told her she had to buy a bottle because the water wasn't free. I told him I had ordered online, and he asked to see my order to verify it, saying there was no pending order. I showed him my order so he could confirm it. We frequent this place often, but today was the last day.

I come here every morning and this location EATSSSSSSS. The whole team is quick, friendly, and makes everything super easy. I order ahead for pick up and it’s always ready. Bee deserves a special shoutout too. This staff always stands out and makes the start of my day better.
There’s another Starbucks right across the street and all my coworkers complain about it being slow & the workers being rude so I’m literally converting everyone to this location because the service here actually gives what it’s supposed to. Love this store. 💚✨

This Starbucks is difficult to get into and out of. It's located off one of the nightmare areas of the way to busy and built up Narcoossee Rd. This place is in-between the main road and an apartment complex. You can not enter it directly when heading south.

Total of 3 employees were running the show, best mighty 3 crew I've ever seen keeping up with all the orders.

I sympathize with you and I hope management can bare minimum reward you for your efforts.

I wanted a specific drink but when I ordered the girl basically argued with me about it and ultimately bullied me into getting a drink I did not want. Idk if she was having a bad day or what but I left very unsatisfied and honestly annoyed. I’ve never had anyone at any Starbucks act that way when I order drinks with mods. From the other reviews with similar experiences I gather management doesn’t read these, so hopefully consumers will at least get a heads up. I’m shocked no responses have been made from other complaints!

Sarah helped me while I was there today. She recommended an oatmilk shaken espresso latte with the new non dairy cold foam. She definitely hit it out of the park! So so good! Sarah was so helpful and sweet. She was more than willing to help me make a decision and was so sweet about it. Thank you for your help and recommendation Sarah!
