I’ve been coming to this Starbucks quite a few times recently, and the service has consistently been exceptional. The store is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming, and the baristas are always friendly and attentive. One barista in particular, Amber, truly stands out. She goes above and beyond every time I visit and always makes the experience even better. She makes my matcha perfectly every single time, and her positive attitude and care really make a difference. She is absolutely the best and a big reason I enjoy coming back to this location.

Unfortunately, this location always forgets the cinnamon in a brown sugar shaken espresso. It is also not crafted correctly as it tastes exactly as a latte.
Nice atmosphere and the service was amazing. Very nice staff. Bigger than I thought it would be. I wish the cleaned the outside. The floor and tables are always dirty. Even the doors and windows are always dirty. I’m surprise Starbucks a lows this.

I know this place opened up just a few months ago but the service here needs lots of improvement. It took forever to get through the drive thru for one standard latte. Please try to do better next time.

Went through the drive through. It was a nice, kind and smooth experience, even with my overly excited dog desperately wanting his pupcup. Everyone was patient and kind.

The service to the driver is terrible.
There is no empathy in coordination with this service and even. The order had to be cancelled due to lack of this service.

Had an uncomfortable experience at this location. When I asked for ice water, the employee put their hand in the water stream while filling the cup, which felt unsanitary and she handed it to me but I didn’t take it and they gave me orders to take it or throw it myself and wouldn’t take it back I I spent about $57 on multiple drinks and expected better hygiene. Hoping this gets addressed Ellen was very rude and all the team 7:00 pm1/17/26
This place is a joke. I come here all the time, multiple times a week, as someone who lives across the street and admittedly spends too much money out on coffee. I just finished a long run in the area, and on the way back to my residence I stopped in and ask if I could get a cup of water. They declined me and said it was just for customers? I come here 3x a week on average. Plus, the employee stated that she wanted to do it for me but was in fear of retaliation from her manger who was on the shift. Just bad business practice overall… such a major corporation, one of the biggest, and you choose to be greedy over a cup of water for a regular customer? All I have to say is.. goodbye Starbucks and hello foxtail!

Coffee was awful. Odd building to access on foot. Had to park out back by drive through and walk around the wmwhole building. Clean, organized, and efficient, but certainly bot efficient. Avoid cold coffees here and you should be fine.
