Assistant Mgr has a serious attitude problem!!! Does not know how to listen to the customer, you dont tell the customer what you are going to give them; listen to what the customer is saying; dont talk over the customer.
Called customer service filed a complaint.
Had to have my drink remade because the "Assist Mgr" would not listen

The service in this store needs improvement. When you order food such as a sandwich or bagel your food will be delivered 15 minutes late, cold and untasted ... I always buy a coffee and they never give me any stir stick . They always tell customers that there are at the end of ,the counter when there is NEVER one at the end of counter. The Store associate Lexy is very argumentative with customers and make them feel very unwelcome... When I said to her , please don't let my mozzarella sandwich sit for too long ...she gave me a terrible look and start complaining with another store associate about customers are annoying to the point I I could hear it ALL .. She really needs to improve her manners and smile more!!!!! Find another job if you don't feel like customer service is your job. It is what it is!!! Kaitlin, the supervisor , is also unprepared. She was persecuting ME, a customer, around the store for taking pictures of straws...This is to the point of ridiculous! These people need to be fired!

I ordered an Iced Shaken Espresso and a white chocolate mocca. The mocca was average and the shaken Espresso was undrinkable. If you want Starbucks go to another location.
I came the day after the hurricane madness and this was the best service i have ever received from any starbucks. Sophie is such a sweetheart , quick service & drink tasted perfect!

This store is surprisingly spacious, seeing it from the outside no one could imagine how spacious and beautiful it is inside. It has an area with some umbrellas if you want to sit outside, drive-thru service and a huge indoor room. Regarding customer service, the employees are friendly, at least in my experience, and the drinks are delicious. Highly recommended.

Okay I’m a dummy. Two times I’ve accidentally ordered a latte - not iced. I’m an iced latte kind of gal. They remade it both times. I feel so dumb lol but the ladies here are top notch.

I come to the drive-thru multiple times a week and Sophi is often at the window. She is always so cheerful and pleasant. That 10 second interaction makes my morning.

It doesn't deserve even one star, I went shopping because I was passing by on the way, and it's also one of the closest to me with car service. I understand it was a bad day because of the storm that was happening further north and many employees like it's always missing... what I don't understand is the lack of respect from the cashier when I go to pay with a $100 bill with an order of $21 or so and she tells me that she no longer had change for such a small order and that they were not a bank for her to change that money for that $100 bill and that's how it was unfortunately and of course it did bother me and Pellier because you are a business it doesn't matter that you have to have change for people besides that that was not the attitude of the cashier to serve a person no matter how lonely they have been, those are not the attitudes... if you can't, if you can't handle the position, whatever, get out because you have to know yourself that when you talk to him like you do to me You spoke to me or to anyone, you have to be willing to take it back because believe me, for me to answer you the way I answered you, it is because you answered me with a lack of respect that I will not tolerate from anyone.

The manager July 30,2024 shift is lazy and not willing to help the Uber system was down instead of putting the mobile orders in manually she just refused to do it at all .
