I ordered an egg and sausage sandwich and it literally tastes as if it just came out of the fridge. I called to talk to someone they answered the phone and just placed it somewhere the minute after I said I just ordered an egg and sausage sandwich that tasted like it just left the fridge. If you going to purposely messed up my order don’t take my money! She didn’t even give me a receipt. I barely go to that place. I only went because, I needed something for breakfast before work. Don’t take people money just say I don’t want to service you.

The Starbucks is really quite stupid. Came in trying to order a pumpkin spice drink however they kept acting like they didn’t know what I was saying. I had to get out of the drive-through get out of my car and go inside and show them a photo from the Starbucks website. After this, they became all rude and nasty i’m taking my order. Never got an apology or anything like that. This is really poor customer service for Starbucks and I’m quite surprised.

I always order an iced matcha latte with strawberry foam, and I've had it at several different Starbucks locations — but unfortunately, this one almost always delivers a terrible drink. I tried ordering again today, and they handed me a cup with a really pale green color and almost no strawberry on top. When I tasted it, it was basically just a big cup of milk. Seriously, it's not a cheap drink, and I make an effort every morning to leave home earlier just so I have time to stop and grab it. It's incredibly frustrating to be handed something like this when other locations get it just right! The girl who helped me this morning was super sweet and kind — it's definitely not her fault — but the team making the drinks really needs more training and guidance. So disappointing.

Service is extremely slow at this location. Unfortunately if you're in a rush this is not the place to go. I understand this new policy of writing on cups but it's slowing you down even more. I waited over 10 mins for 2 drinks. I ended up having to get a remake and the the barista who was handling cold drinks ignored my finished drink that was in the blender to help other customers.
