Always such a horrible experience I rather just go to the Millenia mall to be honest. The cashier made me wait to take an order to make a lady her drink while 3 other Starbucks workers were doing nothing but 1 refilling the straws. Then when done taking my order she stands around talking leaves and then the girl refilling the straws starts doing my drink. Like learn how to take care of the guest!!!!! Guest come first if you don’t like your job go find another one!!! Also my drink was made wrong but didn’t want to wait another 10 mins for a drink!

I ordered the drink online and it said the total would be $6.35. when I got there I was told I needed to pay extra 52 cents .
I showed that I had paid on mine but they said I still needed to pay an extra 52 cents. I asked why and they said it's because they were at Target and it was Target's rules. I then declined getting the drink, and said they needed to let Starbucks know that Target was doing this. And then stop accepting order ahead for the drinks.

I enjoyed my experience at this Starbucks. Never had a bad experience yet but I've also never had a better one! Barbara is such an angel.. she was taking orders and the little girl infant didn't have quite enough money for her order (not sure where the parents were) but that's not the point. The point is, I was going to cover for the little girl but the cashier was going to cover with some cash she had out of the kindness of her heart for the little girl. Made my day just to see someone care so much for customers . When she took our order, she answered some questions we had and was all around a sweetheart. The staff that made the coffee made it to perfection ? This is the closest Starbucks to me and I'm just happy to always have a great experience, Thank you Barbara and the team !

They don’t make the shots of coffee ☕️ right . Ask for triple , only got one . And paid for triple shot .
One of the worst Starbucks visits I’ve ever had. They could not work the register to process an error charge, then said they were out of my drink after charging me, then overfilled my drink and used their HAND to remove ice, and finally it was dirty and no napkins.

Lovely drinks, great service and amazing coffee. They have great understanding of vegan requirements within drinks.They made great recommendations for other drinks too. Quick service too!Highly recommend iced hazelnut oat milk shaken espresso drink!!!

The dude at the register was very rude; he repeated my order to me and still made it wrong. I felt so unwelcome I didn't bother trying to get it fixed.
Clerk named “Alexandria” laughing and making fun of customers' pronunciation along with his other co-worker. He did this with a client who was in front of us and then with me and my wife. He constantly repeats the name of the products in a rude way with the intention of correcting his pronunciation, and when he thinks the customer is not listening he starts imitating the customers and laughing with his colleague. I ask Staurbucks management to investigate the case as this is called Xenophobia and should not be tolerated in their stores.
