I recently visited this Starbucks mall of millennia entrance with my 10-year-old daughter, and we had an incredibly disappointing experience. She simply asked for a cup of water, but the staff outright refused to give her one. It was shocking and frustrating—since when does Starbucks deny a little girl something as basic as water?
We were paying customers, and I’ve never had this issue at other locations. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when it comes to customer service. I truly hope management addresses this, because this is not the Starbucks experience we’ve come to expect.

I visited this location recently while they were remodeling their original location upstairs so it was a bit crowded downstairs but efficient. Jordan provided amazing service while asking what I was looking for while she was in the opposite side handing and making orders. She stopped what she was doing and went in the back to find any additional chocolate milk for my daughter. Usually staff will say whatever is not out they don’t have in the back without even looking. She went above and beyond with the remaining order and saved me an additional stop.

Downstairs Starbucks Maria excellent server. Working three times as hard as the other two who stood around chatting whilst she was running round doing everything but still smiling

there is one guy that works at this place that was very picky and rude and hoarding the Cinnamon dulce to sprinkle in my coffee. he was very rude. as a result I will never buy coffee from this Starbucks ever again and I will be bringing my own coffee the next time I visit the millenia Mall. if I could give zero stars I would. very disappointed

This Starbucks is absolutely the best one I've been to the most welcoming attitude with the staff. Anthony is exceptional he needs to start his own podcast.
Arnold also super nice and the beautiful young lady with long black hair LOL I don't know her name. Pretty much the whole crew is awesome this is probably the best Starbucks I've been to that makes you want to come back in.

I definitely love coming to this Starbucks! It’s close to my house and staff is mostly kind and friendly!
My experience at this Starbucks location is so far very similar to any other locations.I have to say, I am a little disappointed these baristas do this sometimes, even at time when it is not busy. Especially at this location prices are a bit higher.I recently ordered a coffee latte and I received a little over than half full cup, it was mostly foam. I did not mention to the barista because I didn't notice it until I took the lid off after I left.Again many Starbucks locations do this to save time in not making another batch of steam milk or espresso for similar orders.If this happens to you just mention it and they will pour more steam milk or espresso to the appropriate fill for the latte.

Tom is horribly rude and unaccommodating. Starbucks labels themselves as the cafe where you have free roam to customize your drinks. Asking him for no ice in a cold drink was like pulling teeth. He was uncooperative and unwilling to do so. When I asked him politely why he would not put in the order, he told me that the drink would not be cold and I would have to order it hot. Since I've ordered many cold drinks with no ice, I told him this and offered several solutions. One being that I don't care if it's not chilled by the ice, just so long as it's not hot. He kept refusing to do anything and near the end he just stood there silently waiting for me to just order the drink hot to the point where it was holding up the line. Someone else from the staff had to come up and tell him that it was ok to order the drink with no ice. Needless to say, the drink was pretty cold when I finally got it, even without the ice. This took 15 minutes...
