This place is pretty cool. I had a small iced hazelnut latte and didn’t taste much hazelnut but overall the drink was nice. I love that they make coffee that taste like coffee and not the watered-down stuff you get at other places. There are a lot of flavor options so, I would definitely go back and try another one.

the vibes are really good, but service is iffy. I understand being a barista and dealing with rushes but it’s important to NOT take it out on the customers. I accidentally forgot to leave a tip at first(I’m so used to just clicking a button on a screen) and when I went to wait for my drink the girl in the front slammed the receipt next to me and said I couldn’t leave the tip blank. It really was an honest mistake and I proceeded to leave a generous tip but the attitude kinda threw me off.

Customer service is horrible.

No idea why this coffee shop is so popular. The atmosphere is so weird. There was a hair in my food. I would’ve asked for something else, but I didn’t want to risk another hair in my food. And it would’ve taken the poor guy 20 minutes just to make it because he was the only one working in the kitchen. The lady didn’t even know the menu. She couldn’t tell me how much things were and then when she told me to tap to pay one sandwich and a small coffee ended up being $17. I should’ve just gone to any other café. I will never go here again. Save yourself. Why there’s a stage in a café and a bunch of random pictures and tinfoil mushrooms, I have no idea. Mystery to me. Wi-Fi sucks; It’s like it’s a dead zone there. The lady was on her phone texting while taking someone guys order. I’ve never had a worse experience at an establishment. I’m so disappointed.

Such a cute and vibey spot but don't plan to WFH here, there are very limited outlets/plugs- they're hard to find, and the internet SUCKS!

Stardust Video & Coffee is a place with identity. They know who they are, and are unapologetically themselves. It is not for everyone, and as such, there are a few things you should know before you go.

First, it is a very chaotic environment, and I get the feeling they like it that way.

Maximalist decor hangs on the walls everywhere you look, and any available space has been covered in various stickers, sketches, or notes from prior customers. These can range from sweet love notes to political statements to explicit drawings or everything in-between.

In one of the rooms this decor reaches a crescendo, and glowing lanterns warmly illuminate the space, creating a night sky of sorts. It is spectacular.

The music they play is loud, and not the type of music you would expect from a coffee shop. Expect to hear indie classics, Kendrick Lamar deeps cuts, some pieces in various foreign languages, and a song that features a woman moaning loudly for ~30 seconds.

I got a Chai latte which was good, but not particularly impressive, but they also have alcoholic beverages and food options as well.

Stardust is a unique spot for particular people. I liked it overall, but have a hard time recommending it to everyone. Based on what I said above, I invite you to decide for yourself!

I will probably be going from time to time, but it won't become my go-to spot anytime soon.

I wanted to come back a second time because I love my experience the first time. Unfortunately the second time around was nothing like the first. The person in the front was super rude not sure what her issue was but very passive aggressive and just overall not a great vibe. The person I was with also noticed that. I’m not a confrontational person and like to give people the benefit of the doubt that maybe she was having a bad day but it was every interaction that was had with her, had me contemplating leaving mid order. Everyone else from both my visits were great and I loved the creativity in the cafe. But won’t be coming back.

Called (twice) to ask if Magi band was playing tonight, told us to look it up and hung up, then called back and was told there was no manager to talk to and that she was "busy making coffee" and to
"google it" and hung up again..terrible customer service! Sorry, we won't be going there ever...

Great indie place but damn the bar tender hates people for no reason. She made it seem like I was bothering her existence. Decided to spend my money elsewhere 🤷🏻‍♀️

the only time i ever write google reviews are when i’m really pissed off lol. i’ve been here over ten times and every single time the employees are so rude for no reason. there are both older and younger employees and they’re both rude. one of the girls is genuinely the rudest customer experience i’ve ever had. she’s standing there making a coffee forrrrr 15 minutes ? and when i came up to her and interrupted her Very Important conversation with her friends who are just sitting at the bar she immediately rolled her eyes and said with attitude “i’ll be right with you” i was standing there for ten minutes when all i wanted was a fork. i don’t understand the unnecessary rudeness and i’m sure the only reason the place is kept afloat is because of the atmosphere vibes and the photo booth. also, the coffe is very mid, the chai tea is even worse which was surprising considering it’s one of the things people mention first but i guess if you like a syrup based chai then great! the food is overpriced and mid as well!!

This place gets a ton of flack for bad customer service or rude workers on social media, such as TikTok, but I genuinely had a good time here. Maybe I caught them on a good day. I got an Iced Honey Lavender Rose latte and it was yummy, although I wish my honey was more mixed in than letting it sit on the bottom. My partner got a Toasted Marshmallow Cappuccino and it was truly amazing. The date plate was so simple, refreshing, and yummy. Please keep
in mind it looked like there was only one person running food so be patient with that aspect even if you ordered an app.The photobooth was cute but please expect a line. Won’t be back anytime soon since it was a 2 hour drive but whenever I’m in town it’s a must visit!

Overall, it is an eclectic place. Latte flavor was a little bland but not bad.

Place isn’t what it used to be. Used to have all kinds of cool things to browse, now there are just some books and pretty much nothing else. Ordered a hazelnut latte and it was pretty disappointing. The hazelnut was almost nonexistent, there was no attempt at latte art, and maybe this shouldn’t upset me, but maybe put a lil more thought into your mug choices. The mug they gave me, which says “this girl runs on faith and coffee” promotes religion (I’m not religious) and also is literally for a woman, and I am a man. Why would I want to drink out of this, honestly it’s embarrassing and insulting.

Interesting place with a vintage vibe in Orlando. They offer a variety of coffee. We did not have any food but just to visit the place was so nice
