The karaoke here is awful, it's loud and it's tiny. If you don't get there early enough, you'll be seating in a section by yourself and you'll miss the karaoke. It's also impossible to know how to sign up for. It also open seating and it's really hard to get service. Awful.

Nice bar with a relaxed vibe at Disney Springs. 🍸 I had Prosecco La Marca — good choice for a light and refreshing drink. A chill spot for a quick stop and people-watching.

What a horrible experience. My husband and I have friends from Scotland in town. We decided to go here because we had a previous good experience for a bar that’s not too crazy at springs. We now know why it’s not busy. We were told by the host that it is open seating so we grabbed a bar top, there were only 3 other groups there and they had all be served. We waited for about 10 minutes while staff wandered around us and did not acknowledge us. The server finally walked up and proceeded to say in a monotone voice “what do you want”. You could tell she was not thrilled with her job. When dropping our drinks off she was quiet and basically tossed the straws on the table. We finished our drinks and our server was no where to be seen and we had to literally get up and search for her so we could get our check.

Bartender was horrible. Did not know how to make a Manhattan yet they had the fixings for it. I had a lemon martini it was OK tasted very imitation ordered two different starters. One was OK. Second one was horrible. Fries tasted like a few days of oil and the chicken was like cafeteria Taste. Waste of time in lotta money

This place has always been a family favorite of ours to grab a drink and a chill and it’s never disappointed until lately…. every month there appears to be meet ups being held by a bunch of “YouTubers” in the bar area amongst a plethora of other “YouTubers” -cameras on sticks filming everywhere. Fair enough if this is in a private room, but it isn’t. Although it appeared the “VIP event” signage was popped up, it wasn’t actually closed off to the public. On arrival and heading to the bar to order drinks for my party it was very intimidating to have a packed out outdoor patio filled with people filming content for their YouTube channels. I don’t want myself on YouTube, other adults in our party don’t want filming without consent and put on YouTube and neither do any of our children. And this occurs during the bars happy hour so it’s still early for children to be there yet our kids have to sit and endure a bunch of loud obnoxious people all constantly filming - needless to say we didn’t stay and left. I’m actually surprised Disney allow this to happen on site. To make improvements for the wider customer base experience and enjoyment, maybe it would be better when the monthly meet ups are being held for these “YouTubers” that they are placed in a room where the general public aren’t present and can actually enjoy their day.

Would rate 0 stars with I could. I do not normally write reviews or even bad ones. That was single handedly the worst experience I’ve ever had. We had 20 people sat before us when we had reservations. When we were seated it took our waiter 10 minutes to even stop by. We ended up just ordering milk shakes to go. The whip cream was textured and had no sweetness. The milkshakes tasted like weight watches syrup. They also served it with paper straws. The waiter literally told us here’s 2 more straws because the straws will only last you half of the milkshake. The only reason we came there was for the stargazing part, bar second, which also had nothing space themed other than names of dishes. The projection wall was playing music videos instead. Terrible experience all around and $20 I will never get back. Never stepping foot in this building again.

I've been here when it was crowded and it was a very fun karaoke spot with friends. I went on a rainy week night and it was a chill spot to sit at the bar and watch sports. A great meeting spot in Disney Springs.

Best happy hour prices/variety in Disney! Beer, wine, and cocktails all included and hours and days that exceed all others.

This place has the best happy hour by far at Disney Springs. However, it seems like every selection I like/ want, they are out of like spiced rum. But my biggest complaint, is there is no bathroom and the "doorman" told me to go use the Disney Springs community bathroom next to the Coca Cola store. Initially it's not an issue, but the more I drink, the smaller my bladder gets it seems so walking 200 meters to a bathroom gets old quick.

First time visiting planet hollywood. The food was amazing and staff were really attentive. Loved seeing all the outfits worn in different movies/music tours that was unique. Quite reasonably priced compared to other places in Orlando.
