We had a 6pm reservation and were told that our table was not ready due to the party at the table before us not having left the table yet. We had to wait 20 more minutes, this has never happened to me with a reservation before. We were then sat at the smallest "table for 6" ever and couldn't barely fit all our plates on it. Not worth it in my opinion.

My husband and I go to Planet Hollywood Orlando on special occasions. We have never had a bad experience. Just make sure you make a reservation because they are always crowded. We got there and were seated within ten minutes of checking in. Service was excellent and the food as well. Great value for the money.

While in Orlando we went to Disney Springs for dinner! OpenTable and the restaurant talked to eachother and even though I moved my time - they had my reservation! Was a very nice and smooth experience overall. If you go here - the closest parking in the Orange lot! Hope that helps

We were seated early and the waiter was very attentive. I had requested a table with a view of a TV (to watch the SB), and that's what we got! My bf ordered the ribs, I had the salmon, and both were delicious.

Complete dive. I have a disability to my leg and asked if we could sit outside as steps are bad. They said they were closed to go upstairs. Wait upstairs says employees only. Then we were told just go to planet Hollywood then walk outside it’s open seating. Nope as I sat down I was told it was reserved and she will show me the host stand. No thanks!!!! If in spending hundreds on food and drinks I’ll go elsewhere. Customer service is lacking. Especially when you have kids at the bar. Bye!

All in all a fine place! I was the only one at the bar and the other empty bar stools were all over the place and not set up at the bar. The bartender was very nice, however, she didn’t know which food items they served outside and what came on each item. I ordered the potato wedges and they were very good! I had a great experience just wish it was more put together.

We went to Planet Hollywood during lunch time and everything was perfect. It was not crowded and the food was outstanding! Our waitress was outstanding as well.

We were seated promptly and our server was great. He was attentive and friendly. The food was really good. My son devoured his American Kobe burger and his father enjoyed the roasted chicken. I had the sirloin. It was okay, not very tender even though I ordered it medium. The strawberry shake was out of this world. I will definitely be back again.

The LA lasagna was delicious as was the Caesar salad. The portions were huge! Patrick was our server and he was fabulous! He definitely made it a five star experience.
