We went to Planet Hollywood during lunch time and everything was perfect. It was not crowded and the food was outstanding! Our waitress was outstanding as well.

We were seated promptly and our server was great. He was attentive and friendly. The food was really good. My son devoured his American Kobe burger and his father enjoyed the roasted chicken. I had the sirloin. It was okay, not very tender even though I ordered it medium. The strawberry shake was out of this world. I will definitely be back again.

Way too loud. Ambiance non-existent. Very little Hollywood themimg. Just a loud bar playing loud music videos. A big disappointment. Not our cup of tea

The LA lasagna was delicious as was the Caesar salad. The portions were huge! Patrick was our server and he was fabulous! He definitely made it a five star experience.

We felt a little rushed and the air conditioning was too high , the steak salad was amazing however the fries were just warm and soon w ent cold , we bought photos which we thought was a good idea .

Our waitress was unfortunately not very attentive and when I had an issue with my flat beer, she questioned me and made me feel awkward. No apology either.

Able to be seated immediately. The food did not seem fresh. Based upon the temperature it felt like the food had been sitting. Much better food options at Disney Springs than Planet Hollywood. If you are looking for $22+ hamburgers that are room temperature and soggy fries in a loud environment then this is the place.
Another great dining experience, next time I would like to dine on the 3rd floor. When it's a special occasion like in the past I have requested in the comments and never knew of the booths up there. Last time took the head Pastor's there and had sat us on the second floor, not so good 😑.

We had excellent service at the restaurant yesterday. I ordered a smash burger which the burger part was the only good part. I then ordered the single serving chocolate mouse cake which had no flavor at all. Gave 4 stars for the service alone, 3 for everything else.

Only downside was the fact that I made a Birthday lunch reservation for party of 10 and they decided to split us up. My husband had to go ask them that we be place on one table together as it is a birthday celebration. Other than that the server and food was pretty great.
