Picanha Steak Meal
In Brazil, the most prized cut of meat tends to be the picanha. In the U.S. It is little known, but referred to as the top sirloin cap, rump cover, rump cap, or coulotte. There, the fat is not removed from the cut until the steak has been cooked. We only add coarse salt on the preparation.
Brazilian Steak Sandwich Meal
Brazilian version of the Cheesesteak. Picanha slices, melted provolone, white hoagie. It's made on a charcoal grill which gives a smoky flavor.

7.5 oz of 100% Picanha blend. Made on the day and never frozen. Cheddar cheese, Bacon bites, House mayo and Brioche bun. Also grilled on charcoal heat.

Cheeseburger (Single)
Our signature bacon cheeseburger blend is 100% picanha. We grind small batches everyday so is never frozen. Torched cheddar cheese, bacon bits, house mayo sauce, brioche bun approx 6 oz. Grilled on charcoal heat.

Steak it Easy is a food truck located in Orlando. Pretty central, but heading out towards East Orlando. My husband got their steak sandwich, that had Picanha steak. I asked the owner what was special about the steak, he replied “juicy, it’s very juicy”. They steak was as flavorful, it wasn’t tough, but the infused flavored wasn’t there; HOWEVER, he has some freshly made from scratch Chimichurri sauce. NOW THAT was like the star of the show. We had a good time. We went on a Thursday night, which was peaceful and relaxing. The flavor was really good, little chewy, but hey is how that type of meat is. The flavor, the chimichurry, and the portion all were very good.

Tried this food truck venue @ an event they had @ A La Cart, while watching a movie on their lawn.The taste definitely surprised me, the portions were perfect .Savored it without putting any sauce on the sandwich, it tasted amazing.Adding the sauces just adds to the great flavor, it was NOT dry @ all and will be looking for this food truck again
