I had a terrible experience at this Steak ’n Shake location. I placed a pickup order and ended up standing in the pickup area for more than 20 minutes with no update at all. Several employees walked by, saw me standing there, and didn’t even bother to ask what I was waiting for. They completely ignored me.
The worst part is that I actually saw my order sitting inside, ready, before the manager came over and lied to me, telling me they hadn’t even started making it yet. And as I’m writing this, I am STILL waiting for my food.
When they finally handed me the order, it wasn’t even made correctly. I even had to ask for the bottled drink because they didn’t include it.
Absolutely unacceptable. Poor service, zero communication, and no respect for customers’ time. I won’t be returning.

I been coming here for such a long time now I been coming here with my daughter everyday the food is always on point the service is outstanding they got a serve name jasmine and she is the life on the place she always so energetic and kind she always on top of everything going around asking if there anything else she can help with she is an absolute gem

The burgers were delicious and perfectly cooked, I got the barbecue bacon burger and my girlfriend got the double bacon burger and they were phenomenal! I also got the cookies and cream shake and it was perfectly creamy and delicious. The service was quick and the restaurant was clean! 10/10 experience all around

Haven’t been to a Steak’n Shake in a while. But I’m pleased to say that our lunch was delicious! My husband and I both ordered a cheeseburger 🍔 with everything (of course) fries 🍟 and I got the strawberry 🍓 milkshake. It did not disappoint.

Less of a person to person service now , you need QR code to get drink which doesn't qualify for refills and doesn't work properly all the time take the jobs from worker 😕 overall it was a decent experience

The food is still great. I love that they are using beef tallow again. But. I miss having a server. It's so impersonal you order at a kiosk, the food is made and it shows up on the counter. I miss the old days I guess

This was the worst food experience I have ever dealt with, the workers had attitude And Did not treat me with kindness or hospitality I would not recommend for anyone to go here I called because there Was a FINGERNAIL inside of my milkshake. I was left on the phone from multiple minutes without any response and all I heard was cursing and rudeness this is the WORST restaurant ever do not go here.👎👎👎👎👎👎👎
