This location is terrible when you enter you can see the dirty iron. Unfortunately I realized when I had already paid. It's the bad thing when you trust that concession, they gave me cold food and the bad looking hamburger, the fries looked like plastic. I didn't want to complain because I was afraid that they would give me a spit hamburger. I don't recommend it. They should close it. Close the place.

Can’t properly rate atmosphere went to the drive-through. I never thought I’d be writing a review about this specific steak and shake as I’ve been coming to this specific steak and Shake since I moved to the area in 2008. The gentleman I Dealt with this evening, made me not want to return to this specific location. The delivery in which he said that he couldn’t do a part of my order came off is really snide and rude. I ordered the same thing. I have been getting for years at this and many other steak n shakes. Saying it’s against policy to add sourdough bread to anything other than the number three was Absurd. But that wasn’t the largest part of the problem, The largest part of the problem was the cold soggy fries and Cold greasy burgers. One burger I asked for ketchup only they gave it plain. One burger I asked for mustard it didn’t have any of that in sight. I get that they are working post hurricane and probably don’t want to be there but based off the way he was dressed I’m going to assume this was the manager and he should be able to uphold a standard of hot correct food delivered to the paying customer without the snarky attitude.

The strawberry shake is runny like water. I asked the morbidly obese drive-lady why it was like this, and she rolled her eyes, shrugged and left.

This is my daughter's go to spot so I decided to give it a try. She loves the Butter double steak burger and fry combo. I got the 3 Pc chicken fingers (+ 1 additional chicken finger) and fries. My meal was very good and surprisingly filling. I heard the dipping sauces are also good, but the chicken was delicious plain. I will definitely try this place again next time I'm done here.
