Just came back from this location. Live 25 minutes away. Ordered 2 sandwiches, large cheese fries with ranch and frisco sauce. Soon as we come home, we notice there is no cheese sauce whatsoever for the fries and they did not give us any ranch or frisco sauce which costs 50¢ each. Trying to call the location and they either have it on silent or are just ignoring the phone. Either way completely unprofessional and would like some sort of compensation. If it wasn’t 25 minutes away (with tolls!) we’d drive back.

I was very excited to order myself a mint milkshake from steak and shake today at 9:00 pm. My friends ordered a milkshake online, but when I got to order mine they told me the machine was broken. Upset, I didn’t get anything and went up to the window to tell them my friend who ordered the milkshake online needed to be reimbursed because the machine was broken, they had her milkshake already ready. When I asked about it because I was just told the machine was broken, the guy smiled and laughed. I was very upset, will be taking my business elsewhere.
The restaurant floors were greasy and slippery. All table tops were dirty.

Had a great time at steak n shake. I didn't order anything but my friend shared some fries and they were okay. The atmosphere was great, the place was clean and the employees were really nice, and smiling. This is definitely a spot I hope to come again to hang out and chill with some friends
