Go to this location alot. Food is normally always good but we ordered via the app for the first time and when I arrived to pick up my order they said it wasn't ready yet, to give them 10 minutes. Well after waiting, come to find out my order was ready before I got there and was on the counter the whole time. Inside the bag with all my hot food was my two milkshakes. Needless to say they were water by the time I got home, I only live 5 mins away. I was not late picking up, if anything I was early. I should have requested they remake the milkshakes. Not sure why they thought that taping milkshakes up inside a hot bag full of food was a good idea. They also didn't put bacon on one of my burgers which sucks cause its a paid upgrade. The store is always decent as far as cleanliness but it does kind of smell in there honestly. Almost like they mop and clean with dirty water.

I used to spend a lot of time with my wife and grandson at this store. But because of the way they changed how they do their service, we quit going. They have no service for the customer anymore. You have to order all your own stuff yourself through the kiosh. The store has lost its appeal. What a shame.😔 I left, and I will never go back again.

i a disabled man unable to put pressure on my right ankle or walk tried going through drive thru and was forced to go inside despite my constant cries about my disability i was ridiculed for being disabled and unable to walk properly and was even questioned by staff “why am i eating steak and shake if i can’t even pick it up inside” after struggling to make it inside after horrible customer service i was again ridiculed and harassed i was the only customer in the store it felt personal never again horrible help horrible staff horrible customer service horrible everything wouldn’t even recommend on your best day

You can only order on a kiosk. No more cashiers. I will not be going back. The shake and fries were good. The service was excellent.

Order a burger with lettuce, tomato, and pickles - they come back with a burger was just a tomato in it. Sorry we have no lettuce or pickles they tell me. We had chosen to dine in. Had to ask for salt and pepper a fork each time she came up to me. Had to ask for ketchup. The driest hamburger I think I’ve ever had. Stay away. Road kill is better than this food.

Came here twice and they messed up my order two times the manager requested for me to come up the next day. He wasn’t there and then they wouldn’t even refund me my money back for the order that they messed up.

It was good. The new kiosks were not working. It is hard to see the ones by the windows, though. There should be a light filtering screen on the windows behind them. The waitress was very pleasant and accommodating to us.
Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking was available. One of us had a walker.

It's not a restaurant, it's a workaraunt. Stand at a kiosk and put your order and then they have the audacity to ask for a tip when you have to do everything short of cooking your own food? Not coming back here.
