It was good. The new kiosks were not working. It is hard to see the ones by the windows, though. There should be a light filtering screen on the windows behind them. The waitress was very pleasant and accommodating to us.

Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking was available. One of us had a walker.

We always enjoy their food. We usually order one of their double cheeseburger meals with no bun (in order to get it gluten-free). My daughter is gluten-free; however, I am not allergic to wheat, so I sometimes order their grill cheese sandwich ( which is now in a child's meal). It is delicious. In addition, we always order one of their shakes. Their holiday special caramel apple shake is very good.

Usually a favorite but I went tonight for a milkshake and the woman said that no steak n shake locations were currently serving milkshakes. Checked when I got home empty handed and the one at university said they had them. Disappointed.
