The last few times we've been there the check out is fast, food is correct and hot, and the place has been clean. For quick burgers and fries we like to go here.
Man 15 years ago when we moved here this was our spot …… it’s been over since 2017 last we came here to eat and we loved it.. they came to you took double order and bring your food to table , also they had hats for kids … now it’s all digital you order on a screen and even have to scan for drinks …it feels so weird been here with my now 17 year old there’s no vibes . Not having no hosts it’s sad

I have frequented this location for a while now. I never had an issue until today. I placed an order for delivery due to my car having been totalled. My order was picked up at 7pm and I didn't get it until 7:20 pm and mind you I live 5 mins away by car. I watched the driver pass my location who drove all the way down to Osceola Pkwy then back. I called both numbers to see what was going on and there was no response. By the time I got my order, the fries are cold and stale as well as the onion rings. The tenders are hard and my burger is cold and mush. I tried calling the store multiple times and it just kept ringing, not one employee answered the 6 times I called. So, with that being said, if someone from this location sees this, I'd like a refund. Unprofessional on both the driver as well as the location.

Worst experience I ever had at this restaurant ever. I will never be back. My experience was ordering in the drive thru not only is the car line moving extremely slow despite not being busy whatsoever, as soon as I ordered I knew I had to check my bag (I SAID to the worker I wanted 3 different meals, 2 milkshakes & a fountain drink, and 2 cheese sauce). My bag was rung up as 3 main items NOT the meals at all, I also got rung up a fisco sauce when I literally spoke clear as day cheese sauce… I go in now to switch out the cheese sauce atleast for them messing up my order but bc they rung me up a fisco sauce I can’t sub it out for a cheese sauce bc they’re different prices? So now im forced to leave with a sauce I have NO INTENTION of using, as im ringing up only 2 cheese sauces and 3 fries that they forgot to ring in and just that, I was at a total of $15 that is absolutely ridiculous, I will never be back and disregard this place on every occasion.

I have a big complaint about this restaurant or if the restaurant's app. A few days ago I ordered a delivery early in the morning to be delivered to me that same day at 4:00 in the afternoon just before it's time for their delivery they sent me an e-mail saying that my order had not been processed in the right way so I didn't understand what was happening what happened that they canceled my order so I was waiting for OK they will refund me the money and I've been waiting for several days and they haven't refunded me anything so they're kept a money They kept that money from an order that was never delivered And they never refunded that money
