Never been to one of these restaurants. Overall, it's basically a burger place with a nostalgic drive-in vibe. Not a fan of placing orders via kiosk but I guess that's kind of getting to be the norm these days. The food is average.

Visited this location on 1/4/25 while on vacation and I wish my home steak n shake was this good. Best steak n shake I've been to in a while in terms of food quality. Fast drive through service, nice staff, too.

We did not have any issues on this visit. Some tables and the restrooms needed cleaning. Big problem is that it is just a place to go for a burger. No table service. You even need to order from a Kiosk. Long gone are the good old days when Steak and shake was all about customer service.
