Just left and realized they forgot our water. We haven't been to a steak and shake for along time. We realized why. Never again. You suck steak n shake. Lost another customer.

Good service..but slightly slow. But it is always packed.Must order on screen . No in person ordering.there is a drive thru. Use tallow for their fries. WE had went for dinner. But I prefer the breakfast burger. One of few places that have it left. I believe early is happy hr time too still.

My experience on 10/30 around dinner time was great. Drive through service was friendly and clear. Burgers, grilled cheese, fries, and shakes tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend.
