Good service..but slightly slow. But it is always packed.Must order on screen . No in person ordering.there is a drive thru. Use tallow for their fries. WE had went for dinner. But I prefer the breakfast burger. One of few places that have it left. I believe early is happy hr time too still.

My experience on 10/30 around dinner time was great. Drive through service was friendly and clear. Burgers, grilled cheese, fries, and shakes tasted fresh and delicious. Definitely recommend.

Not a big fan of the kiosk system, but our ordering seemed to go fine, until we received our order; that's when my wife and I, who roll with things, actually laughed out loud. I ordered a double with mayo and extra ketchup, while my wife ordered a single with mayo and no ketchup. Well, guess who got the extra ketchup and who got none. We laughed, did a bit of swapping, and enjoyed our lunch. Plus, the fries fried in tallow now, taste GREAT! Thanks Steak 'n Shake! 🙌
