Steak 'n Shake

I ordered a Frisco Melt and look at what they gave me. It looks like someone made it with anger lol

Seriously the worst food I’ve ever received from a Steak ‘n shake. Unless you’re a student and don’t have another option, save yourself the trouble of a cold hard burger and soggy fries. Service was very nice, cook needs some help!

Picture this, Gameday arrives and you open without a full staff or adult running the kitchen/manager. Their were about 6 kiosks that allow people to order back to back. More orders than the kitchen was capable of keeping up with. Burgers were cooked and sat because they couldnt make orders fast enough. Milkshake came out sour. People were waiting 45 minutes with no communication or idea when their order was coming. Bad management, bad food, and loss of money.

Just an awful steak and shake. Their shakes have given me food poisoning, twice.

VERY SLOW ALLOCATE SEVERAL HOURS IF YOU DECIDE TO COME HERE

The wait is like 20+ minutes. When I got the fries it was cold (I started eating it as soon as I got the bag).

wait times are atrocious

They messed my order up and told me they had wrote it down to come back and speak with the manager and the manager was very rude and denied me my Friscoville with an extra Patti they only came with one

The food itself here is normally very good. However, I’ve had my order messed up multiple times in the past. This most recent time my french fries were ice cold, my burger, while decent, came with multiple toppings I requested be left off, and my food came a fairly long time after my shake despite it not appearing very crowded. One of the Order Kiosks also refused to read my card while the other worked fine. Perhaps the kiosks being partially broken was the cause for some of these problems? Regardless, my milkshake was, as always, delicious.

Genuinely this Steak and Shake is mediocre.Around lunch time it usually takes 20-30 minutes to get your order and when it's not lunch time usually more than 15 minutes (6pm for example). The shakes aren't as good at this particular location and multiple times I've been given a shake that's already melted and was no longer, y'know, a SHAKE. When I'm not getting a shake and I'm getting a meal with a soda, several times have I been given a soda that has no fizz and no syrup.You're going to pay $12 for what is effectively a $4 meal you could bring with you that tastes even better.The patties they use in the melts don't even take up 2/3 of the bread they're in, what's the point?Your money is best spent elsewhere

The burger itself was decent, but they got my order wrong twice, the onions here are not Steak ‘n Shake onions, and they don’t have lettuce or tomato as topping options anymore. What burger place doesn’t have those toppings? Also, the fries here are not Steak ‘n Shake fries and they are mediocre. Even more so, the syrup from the soda machine was out and I got a watery Coke. I had to get a new drink at Which-Wich and after I finished it, I could not get a refill without paying again.

I would like to compliment this location. Everything was great. Hamburgers were perfect. They served us lots of fries and the onion rings were delicious. Plenty of napkins. All the employees were very helpful and courteous. Place was clean!!! No hairs in our food.Keep up the great work.

Awful, I wouldn’t recommend this place to an animal, hairs in my food, manager was so nonchalant about it, just the whole experience was so ghetto! No hair net which explains the hairs in my burger, mask was dirty, meat was half cooked! Absolutely unacceptable
