Service was polite and attentive. The food was very good. The atmosphere was meh. The dining room was generic and had little character. A nice place to dine but lacked the ambience that I would expect from a nice steakhouse or from Disney.
Very disappointed. Steakhouse 71 used to be one of our favorite restaurants, but changes in the quality of the food are disappointing. First off, the vanilla bean and chocolate crème brûlée, which was one of the best desserts ever was taken off the menu, replaced by an overly sweet caramel popcorn flavored thing they are calling a crème brûlée. It’s nothing like the perfection of the crème brûlée the restaurant had on the menu for so long, only took 2 bites; very disappointing.

Sever is awesome guys felt comfortable emidiatly with him (Teddy) fantastic attitude! Just what you expect from Disney employees. My wedge salad was delicious and pretty on a plate. I'm not fancy person but this is the perfect fancy for us. Prime rib was so tender cooked perfectly so was the wife's filet the Mac and cheese was on point and I really enjoyed the house horseradish. The atmosphere is perfect for a nightly steak house but could be less open don't know...
