Stemma Coffee Shop has a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing or getting some work done. Their coffee is well-prepared with great attention to flavor, and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. A solid spot for anyone who appreciates quality coffee and a cozy vibe.

As soon as me my wife and 2 1/2 yo entered stemma coffee we where greeted with a great atmosphere along with an amazing aroma of coffee. Those positive vibes where quiqly shot down with terrible customer service. No one greets you when you walk in, my wife and I asked our son if he wanted some milk and explained to him and grabbed one of the coffee mugs to show him that he would drink the milk from the coffee cup and not a bottle. Because my wife touched stemmas coffee mug the 2 female employees gave my wife a nasty look. They are very short with you when you ask what flavors they have for the coffees. There are no napkins available for customers and the bathroom was completely empty of paper towels to dry your hands. Both my wife and i work in customer service at a resort here in orlando, so we know bad customer service when we see it.We love the coffee and the atmosphere but the customer service is not there at all

This cafe is essentially coffee grower owned and operated, which I think is the closest I'll reasonably get to ethically consuming coffee. The thought and care they seem to put into coffee here can't be overstated, and they have creative seasonal drinks and an excellent food menu. I was only in the area for work, but now I have a reason to come back!

I genuinely love this place. I’m a regular. I stop by everyday, most times twice a day, to grab a bite to eat. I don’t have to wait long to be attended. The vibes are immaculate. The food is great quality. It’s always a great place to be at.

The El Guerito latte is so good with the hint of pineapple.

Today there was a line to order and after already waiting, when they went to make my drink, they ran out of the topping and had to make a batch. It's their most popular drink so you’d think they’d monitor this. I had to wait while that was happening and not one person acknowledged my waiting.

We just tried Stemma Coffee and I’m so glad we did! Stemma is a 4th generation Nicaraguan coffee roaster, which makes it extra special for me since I’m half Nicaraguan. You can feel the heritage and heart behind every sip.

I ordered the El Guerito, an iced coffee topped with pineapple cold foam, and it was honestly something from heaven. Even more meaningful, it’s a drink created in memory of the owner’s late husband. Beautiful story, even more beautiful taste.

My husband had the Dirty Mama—espresso with homemade horchata and cinnamon—and said it was like they carved the cinnamon straight from the tree. Out of this world!

We also tried their food, and wow, they nailed it. I had the Maple BLT, and you could taste every bit of the maple syrup in the bacon—absolutely amazing. My husband’s Brisket Sandwich was tender, flavorful, and downright succulent.

On top of all that, the service was so warm and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. Between the incredible drinks, the delicious food, and the welcoming atmosphere, Stemma is truly a hidden gem we’ll be back to again and again.

We visited Stemma in Orlando on August 14, 2025, and it was an outstanding experience! As owners of a coffee roasting business in Maryland (6 Planes), we always seek out local roasters when traveling, and Stemma did not disappoint. The shop’s beautiful setup immediately caught our eye, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.
The baristas greeted us with genuine warmth, setting a welcoming tone from the moment we walked in. We had the pleasure of chatting with the owner, Rebecca, who was incredibly kind and shared that Stemma owns a farm in Nicaragua. We’re even considering sourcing green coffee from them in the future!
The coffee was exceptional. My wife enjoyed a Dirty Chai latte, and the barista’s playful question, “How dirty do you want it?” added a personal touch. I tried two drinks: a refreshing Shaken Iced Tamarindo coffee and a classic iced latte made with their Nicaraguan espresso—both were fantastic. We also couldn’t resist their in-house chocolate chip cookie, which was a delightful treat.
Beyond coffee, Stemma offers beer, wine, and a diverse menu with plenty of tempting options. This place is a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone in Orlando. We’ll definitely be back on our next visit!

This place is well decorated. Did not have a the warmest of welcomes when we walked in. The coffee was delicious and the breakfast croissant sandwich was VERY very very good and filling! Front gets pretty cramped when a line forms so people sitting on the inward table can get cramped. It was also expensive. 2 coffees, one sandwich (and tip) was $40.

Highly highly recommend this coffee shop. Their craft coffees are unique and delicious. Their espresso beans are high quality and their food is excellent. The ambiance is super cool. The seating is limited but it does move relatively quickly. Give the pineapple coffee a chance!

If you’re in Downtown Orlando and love good coffee and comfort food, Stemma Craft Coffee is a must-visit.

From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a cozy, stylish atmosphere—warm lighting, modern decor, and local art on the walls. It’s the kind of place where you want to slow down and enjoy your moment.

Now, let’s talk about the coffee: absolutely fantastic. You can tell it’s roasted with care and passion. I had one of their specialty lattes with macadamia milk, and it was smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced. Whether you’re a coffee purist or like creative drinks, they have options that impress.

But the surprise star for me? The grilled cheese sandwich.
Buttery, golden-brown bread with perfectly melted cheese—it’s simple, but done SO well. It hit the spot in every way. They also have other sandwich options that sound amazing if you’re feeling adventurous.

Staff was friendly, upbeat, and made the experience even better.
