This is my favorite coffee shop in orlando! I lived here my whole life and by far this is the best. They have great matcha, I prefer to add honey and macadamia milk. Love the vibessssss thank you stemma

Visited on January 1, 2026. Called ahead to check if they were open, drove 30 minutes, and only found out on arrival that the kitchen was closed; and this shouldâve been mentioned when we called. My cortadito was cold, milk wasnât properly stemmed, and had no attention to detail. It was served in a to-go cup, and when I asked for a proper cup, it was done rudely and poorly. Bad coffee, poor customer service toward tourists, and very overrated.

Stemma is hands down one of my top 3 coffee spots in Orlando. Their coffee is always on point , never a miss! The macadamia nut milk they offer? Absolutely addictive. Their breakfast sandwich is a solid go-to whenever Iâm stopping by. What really stands out, though, is seeing the owner still so involved and passionate about the place. Itâs clear this spot means a lot to her, and that kind of dedication shows. Highly recommend if youâre looking for a great coffee and a genuine vibe.

Came here for breakfast with a friend Saturday morning. I ordered a latte and the grilled cheese sandwich. 10/10 did not dissapoint! Will definitely return!!
Stemma is amazing! Itâs rare to find a shop that handles the entire process from roasting to brewing so perfectly. The vibe is super welcoming, largely thanks to Tori. She is friendly, amazing at her job, and honestly deserves a promotion. Can't wait to come back.

As a professional barista located in NYC , let me tell you this if you really love a nice cup of coffee , food and good vibes this is the perfect place , I been here twice and the experience its never disappointing , thanks Rebecca for the amazing hospitality.

Came in here on a whim today and I wish I could say it was a good experience. I'm a cold brew guy, so I ordered a 12oz cold brew with oat milk and a vanilla flavor shot. I got my drink, sipped it a few times and noticed the barista forgot the oat milk, so I had to go over to the counter and politely ask for it. I work in restaurants, so I've messed up like that before in the past... no biggie, just a minor inconvenience. They added it, but I sipped it a few more times and it just did not improve the flavor. Maybe they forgot the vanilla too? I honestly couldn't tell because the coffee itself was extremely sour. I think I got thru maybe a third of it before just throwing it out. Yikes.
Edit: I decided to give this place another shot because I was hungry and just wanted something small before hopping on the lynx. I waited almost 10 minutes for a beef empanada that came out covered in powdered sugar..... Weird. The beef itself was good though.
