The food here is undeniably delicious, but definitely on the pricey side. While the indoor-outdoor concept sounds appealing, the overall vibe didn’t quite match the aesthetic or justify the cost—it felt a bit misaligned.
Portion sizes on some dishes could be improved, but to be fair, everything I tried tasted incredible. One notable downside: $40 glasses of champagne felt excessive.
That said, I’d absolutely come back just for the wagyu dumplings—they were a standout.
Service was a highlight. Our server was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu, offering great recommendations throughout the night.

We had a wonderful experience!! This was my son's 2nd time dining at this restaurant and our 1st time! Val was amazing and took real good care of us and gave me, personally, great recommendations as to what to order! We will be back!
Came to STK Buena Vista for my birthday. My amazing wife desired to surprise me. I didn’t not bring my wallet with me because I’m used to showing my id through my phone and it has been awhile since I’ve been carded for alcohol. We go to order drinks and server says there is a strict alcohol policy and they cannot serve me if I don’t have a physical id. I offered to show my photo of my driver’s license as this is an acceptable form of identification and it is valid. He dismissed me and seemed to not be empathetic towards my experience as this was my first time here and for a special occasion, my birthday, on St. Patrick’s Day! What else do people do when they go out lol… nonetheless, I was particularly disappointed at the lack of empathy or unwillingness to try to overcome the barrier presented. Even the MOD was dismissive towards us stating “We have a strict policy, I just want to make sure that we good with that.” We won’t be returning back. Happy 43rd Birthday to me.
