Overrated and overpriced for the experience. Service starting at check in was not what is expected at a place like this. Made a reservation and still waited 20-30 min after reservation time. Sat down waited 5-7 more min for server to arrive at table. While pleasant he was not efficient. Didn't explain the menus nor ask if it was our first visit. It was our first visit. Food was extremely overpriced and very underwhelming. Like warm was the temperature. We got our food before our drinks and we didn't even know there was bread service until after we got food. Poor poor poor it was I think. Will it return.
They should not offer thanksgiving foods. For $400 for 3 really not worth it at all. Food came cold the first time they forgot the appetizer wasn't high quality turkey mostly broken apart dark meat. The regular meals here are good but they need to stick to that and not attempt thanksgiving. Won't be returning for this meal.
Never thought that will be one of the worse experience ever. I had a reservation at 7 ... got at the table 7:45 My first drink 8:20 I book for my daughters bday and I made sure that they will know that I told them that I will pay for the cake and candles NOTHING ...... after a cold food just the check Never again People were rude and the music is so loud like a night club Never again ..... people for that price go to any other place
Waaay overpriced... got charged for an additional side that should've came with the meal. Won't go back.
Overall, it was an okay experience but for the price of the food I expected my dinner to be great. Their special Wagyu Beef and Pork Dumplings were okay, nothing to brag about - $34 for 5 pieces. The Yukon Mashed potatoes were amazing and came to the table piping hot. Our bone in ribeye was cold, lukewarm at best and the Brussels sprouts were as if they were cooked in the morning and just sat out on the counter until ordered. They were not hot and not even warm.
Dinner was great the only dish I wasn't thrilled about was the Burrata the beats on the dish made the cheese taste weird .. you should really change the beats to Tomatoes. It makes the cheese taste very weird...
Open table reservation was “canceled” by front staff even though we checked in on time and responded to the text. We asked a second time if our name had been called. Said our “name was called” but we were standing there and name not called. Only discovered this by checking open table app. Then we were punted upstairs to some lesser room from the main dining room with zero ambiance. Steak was “ok” but everything was way over priced even for the Disney area. Service was excellent.
Unfortunately our steaks weren't cooked to the temperatures we requested and the response given was the supervisor is going to give the cooks a stern conversation. Our appetizers were overcooked. We were seated over an hour after our reservation.
The hostess was unclear about the seating situation and proceeded to blame HQ in another stage texting prompts for reservations which made no sense. Then when I checked with the other receptionists they directed me to where to get seated. I felt like she was telling me that to get me to get frustrated to leave. It was very bizarre especially with this being my first experience at STK Orlando. Outside of that, the restaurant was crazy busy. The server took a while to get acknowledge my table. I had to ask about pre-meal bread that was naturally brought for other tables. One of the food items I ordered was forgotten about. Overall I'm disappointed in the service and confusion of seating. The food was great otherwise.
830PM reservation and weren't given a table until after 930PM. No sorry for the wait from a manager or an offer of a free app. They don't use pagers so you had to stand close to the door to hear your name called because they could not estimate when a table would be available. "Fresh" bread was called. Assuming that by the time we had a table they were not making bread and they were certainly not trying to keep it warm. The steaks were just ok and were $60. Won't go back and won't recommend.

I have been to STK in Las Vegas and had a great meal and service. This place is terrible. Steaks served without steak knives and cold before the knives were brought out. The service was terrible with multiple mistakes on the orders. Spent over $400 for a meal that was not worth $50. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of the STK location. In the good note, I love Las Vegas STK!
We were able to sit outside for happy hour deal. I would've preferred to sit at the bar; however, the weather was nice and they were completely full inside. Overall, though, our waiter was helpful and pleasant. We enjoyed all of our little dishes and our drinks.
Had a 5:45 reservation and was not seated until 6:05 despite plenty of available tables. Ordered drinks and food. Steak came out undercooked per their description of medium rare. A steak at $97 should taste awesome, this one did not have much flavor at all. Then we got to ordering the apple pie for dessert and that took forever to come out. The steaks came out faster. Finally after multiple requests we got our bill and left. Would not recommend this place at all. Very poor overall experience.
Waiter was very kind and attentive. However, the price in comparison to the food we got; it was not worth the price. I'm not a picky eater at all but we had went to the boathouse a few nights prior and the price was cheaper and the food was AMAZING. So, to pay double that for mediocre food was disappointing. I didn't even order a drink because all drinks were $23. Ordered the lobster pasta and it was so fishy I couldn't even eat it. Another person with me who loves seafood agreed. Then got the short rib and that was pretty good but not worth over $70. Had two people with our table who had to send their drinks back. Service was great though. But we did make reservations and still had to wait 30mins after our reservation time.
During the reservation process it is not revealed the restaurant in the park complex requiring a substantial walk through a convoluted area. Waited for over 45 minutes after our reservation time to get seated. Two of our three steaks were overcooked. Appetizer showed up before drinks. Had to ask on two different occasions for silverware. Manager did apologize and offered a symbolic 10% discount. Not at all what I expected from a steakhouse of this caliber.
