The kids love it. Food leaves a lot to be desired for the price, but that's not what you're really paying for when you book here. The dessert was the best part - very nicely presented.

This definitely felt like a fun storybook meal. The decor and ambiance was lovely. Food was good, My sister has celiacs disease, which can't have any possible cross contamination with gluten. Disney is always great at accommodating allergies. She was brought slightly different versions of the food I was brought. Character interactions were great, all the characters came to our table except the Queen, who summons you to her at her discretion. It was worth it for our experience.Dietary restrictions: My sister has celiacs disease, which can't have any possible cross contamination with gluten. Disney is always great at accommodating allergies. The chef came to make sure they understood the allergy and what to bring.

For the amount of money you pay for this place, you should get decent food. The mushroom bisque was delicious as well as the desserts. Besides that, it left much to be desired. The children’s fish and chicken were completely unseasoned. I even asked for the broccoli to be cooked longer to make it soft and it was hardly blanched. The atmosphere was great as well as the characters. The service was mediocre at best. Never asked if we wanted additional drinks nor refilled our waters. I’m all for paying for character dining but I want decent food.

This is one of the Ultimate Character dining experiences! The ambiance is straight out of a story book. The dwarves and Snow White are absolutely charming. The Evil Queen is absolute Dark Royalty. A must see is you have kiddos. The food is pricey but absolutely worth it.For the adults the pre-fixed menu is wonderful. The apps and dessert are phenomenal. The mushroom soup is so good it should be an entree itself. You cannot go wrong with any entree. We have tried 4 of them and our faves are the Pork Shank and Stroganoff. The kid menu has a good variety and they even get their own mini charcuterie app with cheeses and fruits. This is definitely a once in a while special occasion. Do it for a special event, they have a few extra touches for birthdays or special occasions.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely wonderful. This place is made for kids in mind as well.

This was one of if not the best meal of our trip. With character dining the food often seems like an afterthought but everyone in my party was very pleased with the dishes here. I had the pork shank which was delicious and I was told that the prime rib was incredible. The appetizers and desserts were fantastic and nicely thought out with a great presentation. The evil queen's demeanor and acting was perfect, hats off to that woman she was great. We did Cinderella's Royal Table and it wasn't half as good as storybook at artist point. Everyone keeps asking me if we're going to do another meal like this one and I wish I knew of one that could compare.

One of the best meals and experiences we've ever had. The show, the atmosphere, the FOOD, the service... amazing. Expensive, yes, but worth it for the quality of food and caliber of entertainment. The Queen was fantastic and provided quite a show. Must do when visiting Disney World. We will be back.

The menu is completely fixed, but it is absolutely delicious and insanely high quality. Getting to meet goofy, grumpy, Snow White, and the evil queen what's a complete and total treasure. The staff, the food, the overall environment it was all just so wonderful and fun and exciting.Vegetarian options: Even the wild mushroom soup seems to have a meat-based stock in it. I would not recommend this for vegetarians or vegans.Dietary restrictions: Since the menu is limited, dietary restrictions might cause some trouble for you, but for the most part there should be reasonable alternatives especially for individuals who require halal or kosher setups.Kid-friendliness: Even though this is a higher-end menu, this is 100% kid friendly and kid focused!Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant is elevated, but there is a wheelchair ramp and plenty of space between tables for wheelchair accessibility.

Had an amazing experience with the family at the Snow White dining at Artist point. The characters came to each table and interacted with everyone for a good amount of time. The food was very good, especially the wild mushroom bisque.

This is a prix fixe character dining experience. It is different from a lot of character dining locations in the sense that it tells a story. You are greeted by the dwarves, Snow White, and the Evil Queen. The food is great. My favorite is the mushroom bisque that is served as an appetizer. Unexpectedly, the gooseberry pie was also a favorite! All in all, the highlight was the character experiences. Especially the Evil Queen, who went above and beyond in her time with us!
