They don’t carry the veggie patty. Apparently they didn’t sell many of them. Not sure how that’s possible in a downtown location, but that’s what they said.
2 workers outside chillin . I asked were they opened the female said yes. The boy wasnt on the clock yet. After going in the store. I had to wait 2 minutes at the register. Waiting for the associate to get her lazy self up and come in. She didn't wash her hands. I only wanted a drink. She put the lid inside my cup which was unsanitary. Horrible customer service.
Ordered 2 subs for 8:00pm, got to the restaurant at 8:14pm and she said that it wasn't ready. What's the point of ordering online if you have to wait in line to get your order. It's not her fault because she is the only person working. Subway needs to do something about this. This is a busy location (Downtown Orlando).
This is my go-to Subway! The staff is always quick and friendly. They have you in and out in a timely and orderly manner!
Staff wasn't acknowledged about rewards program. Took too long at register. Couldn't redeem the rewards but somehow they disappeared from my balance at that time. Never could get it back.
Quick and convenient place to eat in downtown. The location is in a known local landmark building
I usually go around dinner time and it’s usually busy with people coming in at the same time and only 1 person there taking care of everyone. The food is good when you need something on the go.
Only gave it 4 stars because it's so busy. It's downtown so what do you expect. Great otherwise.
Staff needs improvement kept starting sandwiches for everyone and let them pile up before finishing any. mine were cold soggy messes when they were finally finished
This location feels dirty from the moment you step inside but we were STARVING and had to eat quickly to get back to our event. Bread was DRY, lettuce was browning and sandwich artist didn’t crack a smile once. Probably the worst subway experience we’ve ever had. There’s a JJ nearby (which I never frequent) but that probably would have been a better choice today.

One of the young lady, Casy H. I believe her name is, was very kind and helpful to us. Thank you, I really do appreciate your kindness.
Horrible experience. The website said it closed at 11pm and it’s 10:15 first thing I come inside there is two people a Mexican guy and an African American women. She was so rude and mean and so unprofessional.
Had the 2.99 Meatball sandwich... Yummy... Good food and clean place !!!!
I LOVE Subway because it has the best tasting food there is. I plan on buying a Subway franchise in the future. My only complaint is that the prices are not competitive enough.
Very friendly and polite staff. Will visit here again! Location is perfect. Right in the middle of everything that I wanted to see in the downtown area.
