Arrived at 10:40 and the guy at the front with the dreads says he isn’t taking any more orders that he’s been there all day and that he doesn’t care I can call anyone I want on him . That is nobody that needs to be working for a damn company . I will not be back . If he doesn’t want to work he shouldn’t be working .

As you can see on the receipt it clearly says more jalapeños more pickles and for the people who don’t know they only put 6 of each on your sandwich so when you ask for more they are supposed add 6 more I only had 4 jalapeño not one pickles or banana pepper I called the store and the girl working was very rude and continued to Make up lies until I told her I worked at subway on orange avenue and I would be calling her GM In the morning her nasty attitude changed but to late tink tink see you tomorrow

Ashley & Andre were absolutely wonderful. Such sweet individuals. So helpful & professionals & polite. They represent what actual CUSTOMER SERVICE is all about. I would come to this location everyday just to be assisted by these two each time. I left out with my self in pain from the laughter. Thank you both for such great service and with a smile. My sandwiches are delicious by the way. And they were just how we like them …. extra this extra that! Veggies make the sandwich perfect because they’re so fresh & crisp!!!

This is my favorite subway I have a few that I enjoy but this is by far my favorite. Subs always good and every single worker is charming and sweet and welcomes you and your cravings with clean gloves and a smile. The management is lovely and ya just come eat here and you’ll see what I’m saying. Great people and great food 💯❤️

The two ladies behind the counter were the ray of sunshine I got to start my morning with. My boyfriend and I never go to subway for breakfast but we decided to stop in to here bc it’s close to my house. Soon as we walked in it was lovely and warm and inviting. We made jokes and laughed and it felt like I’ve known them for years. I will be using this subway over any other ones I’ve been to. It was clean and like I said, those two ladies were amazing.
Well I usually always appreciate the service here in the evenings, I am afraid the day crew does not have the same level of excellence, I was charged and given a footlong even though one of the sandwiches I had specified was supposed to be a 6 inch. The woman who assisted me I had to imagine was stressed by what I could only feasibly explain as a new employee (and if not that is unfortunate), so ultimately I just dealt with it in the moment but the lack of clarification and eagerness to get rid of me made me feel ashamed for even bothering to order in the first place. I truly do hope the day crew gets it together, because I feel they are severely overshadowed by their night crew. Other than this faux pas the food was quite good, if not a little sour metaphorically from what I went through to get it.

I'm giving it one star not because the restaurant is dirty or the customer service is terrible. Rather because it's 9 p.m. I ordered my food and had to witness two tall, strong men mistreated the employee. They mocked her, made her make their food, and then jokingly told her that wasn't what they had ordered. This establishment is located in one of the areas with the highest crime rate in Orlando, and they have a woman working completely alone in this restaurant. The employee's attitude? Not the best. But I understand that she's alone and with so many criminals, it's impossible to muster a smile. I hope they consider it and at least have two employees during the night instead of one. It really is a complete lack of consideration for their employees, SUBWAY...

This has been one of my favorite places since I moved to Orlando. I’ve never had any issues, but today was disappointing. The woman who helped me seemed like she didn’t want to do her job. I politely asked for a minute to check my phone and see what my mom wanted something that would’ve taken less than a minute but she already had an attitude before I could even finish my sentence. I’m not sure what the issue was, but it made the experience uncomfortable. Good food just bad customer service.
