I rated service 5 stars because Jayda had customers in line and she was alone. NO HELP AT ALL. SHE DID IT ALL. ON 2/22/2025 AT 3:16:14 PM trans# 1/A-849186.
We can see on her face how she determine to get the job done. I spoke with letting her know she doing a great job. She share that she not feeling well. But you can tell she wanted to do her job .

One star tbh cashire chase horrible performance from costumer services. We need to be more humble to you’re costumer’s even if you don’t like to wait for them to chose their meal . Disrespectful walking way because you can hold your anger and politely ask what I want . my food got burnt also I didn’t really care but still no costumer service skills and it’s funny you work literally talking to people all day of what they want in their meal during you’re shift .its funny how also you say you don’t care about you’re costumers meal in front of them classic .

This location ALWAYS has a problem.The staff sucks they ALWAYS have an attitude. Their service skill can use immediate help. It's hard to believe they haven't been replaced even the so called manager is NO help whatsoever if you can avoid this location

This is the third time I've tried to eat at this place and the last time. The service is terrible, people do everything in bad taste, it seems like they're there under duress, including the manager!! You're losing a lot of money because of these grumpy and ungrateful employees.

I asked for a BLT and then I said the other items I want it on it they didn't put no let it then put no tomato so that people don't know how to make a BLT that it comes with tomatoes automatically keep an eye on your food you going to tell one by one what you want on it because it's not bright enough

Only one person fixing subs. There was 6 people in line waiting for at least 15 mins. The worker says she has to make 4 to go order subs ahead of ours. So rude and obnoxious employees. We'll be er go again

" I recently had a disappointing experience at Subway. Despite waiting in line for approximately 10 minutes, I was informed that the establishment was closing this was around 1:15 ish pm and unable to fulfill my order. This incident is not isolated, as I have encountered similar issues with the customer service on previous visits. The demeanor of the staff, particularly the ladies, was unprofessional and unwelcoming. based on these recurring encounters, I have decided not to patronize Subway in the future."

We stopped in to Walmart at 9:45 am and spent 30 minutes shopping, There were barely any customers in the store, so we decided to eat at the subway inside this location, boy was that a mistake. The manager, standing next to what appeared to be a DM going through the books,and an associate, and their interaction with us goes like this. The manager looking down at the cookies on the trays gave the most unenthusiastic greeting, and then asked what we wanted to order, I proceeded to tell her , and had to repeat my order a total of 5 times between her and the zombie associate, who all have bad attitudes. I noticed the tomatoes were all green and asked to have some red ones from the other bin, and was told they are all the same!:I proceeded to point at the red ones and was met with more attitude. Keep in mind we are the only people dining there, no other customers.And what seemed to be the DM , who also was not a happy camper, never once looked up at us. We decided to take the food with us, because of the atmosphere, and when we proceeded to attempt to eat our food, we realized the bread was so stale that we could not eat the food, not even the squirrels in my yard would touch it. I know everyone is not happy with how work treats them , but you need to at least be nice to the customers and have a sense of understanding that we have emotions and sometimes need to put them in check, as I did, even though I was irritated by the experience, I still said thank you and left.I decided to look up the store to maybe file a complaint, and realized the only contact was to the store and would need to speak with the manager. I decided I would just leave a review to help others mentally prep, if they choose to spend their money at this location. Stale bread at that time of the morning indicates that fresh is not going to take place at Walmart subway. They should remove the wording on the receipt(Passionately creating meals designed for you!)Check your food before you leave.

The service is very bad, today March 9, 2024 at approximately 4:30 PM, I bought with them, a person of Puerto Rican origin served me, she made fun of me because I did not know what type of bread I wanted, she treated me badly, but What bothered me the most was that the person who was behind me told her that she wanted bread with cheese and ham and she laughed in her face and said, but what kind of bread and the lady responded; The thing is that she couldn't see them and the person serving told her that since she decided to buy, she should already know what cheese or meat she wanted, or why she would go. I heard how she argued and spoke badly to her coworker and when her coworker asked what my subway was about, she responded rudely as if her coworker knew what she had put in my subway.
