I was waiting in line for 7 minutes for the employee to serve me, and she didn't have any customers. She started organizing the vegetables and then looked for a Hispanic employee to serve me. After giving me a dirty look, a customer left, and someone of her race came and quickly served her.Her name is diamonique . I think Subway is losing customers to people like her. Young woman, you have to be passionate about what you do.
Went here with my family last week. An employee named she rudely asked us “what bread” before we could even speak. We got two steaks, she put them in the toaster and walked to the back. She came back and threw the veggies in my sandwich. She wrap them messily and threw them across the counter and walked away. I tried to ask if I got a drink she said “no idk why you didn’t ask when you had the chance”. She needs to be fired
Other girl there was kind and had rung me up for a drink good customer service from the other lady. Just her.

The women who work there are rude and don’t care about customers. They make customers wait for a long time. Also they charged too much for a sandwich. After seeing their mistake , they did not know how to give a refund on credit card. They said they cannot give a refund. But gave some cash back instead. When I go there I feel that they don’t want any customers. Pretty much the worst subway to dine in or take out.

I typically don’t write reviews, but I just had to share my experience after being helped by an incredible employee named Diamond. I was at this location with a hefty order of 6 footlongs, and I also had my service dog with me. From the moment I walked in, Diamond went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and taken care of.
Despite the long line and the rush of customers, Diamond handled everything with such grace and professionalism. While the other worker stepped away for a moment, she took charge and made all 6 subs in under 20 minutes—impressive, especially given how busy it was. But it wasn’t just her efficiency that stood out; it was her impeccable customer service. She made sure I had everything I needed and even checked in with me throughout the process, engaging in friendly small talk. She was genuinely kind and personable, and it made the experience feel less like a transaction and more like a thoughtful interaction.
What really impressed me, though, was how Diamond accommodated my service dog. She was incredibly mindful and respectful, making sure that my dog was comfortable while we waited. She didn’t hesitate to offer assistance or ensure the space was safe for both me and my dog, which made a world of difference. It’s not every day that you encounter someone who is so thoughtful and considerate, not just of the customer but of their needs as well.
Even with the store being packed, Diamond kept everything running smoothly. The place stayed clean and organized, and the other customers, who could have easily become impatient, were laughing along with her as she moved effortlessly between tasks. Her positive attitude and calm demeanor created an atmosphere that was surprisingly relaxed, even in the middle of a busy rush.
This visit was hands down better than any previous experience I’ve had at this location. Honestly, I believe the old manager should have been replaced a while ago. Diamond had everything under control, and her natural leadership skills were evident in how she managed the situation without letting the pressure get to her.
If anyone deserves to be the manager of this location, it’s definitely Diamond. She not only provides top-tier customer service, but she also manages to do so in a way that’s efficient, kind, and accommodating. The way she treats both customers and their service animals truly shows her level of professionalism and care.
I walked out not only impressed with how my 6 footlongs were made, but with how I was treated as a customer and how well Diamond managed the whole experience. This was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had, and I’m so grateful for the attention and care she gave to both me and my dog.
10/10—Diamond made my visit outstanding, and she absolutely deserves recognition for her hard work and positive attitude. Keep up the amazing work, Diamond!

We can see on her face how she determine to get the job done. I spoke with letting her know she doing a great job. She share that she not feeling well. But you can tell she wanted to do her job .

One star tbh cashire chase horrible performance from costumer services. We need to be more humble to you’re costumer’s even if you don’t like to wait for them to chose their meal . Disrespectful walking way because you can hold your anger and politely ask what I want . my food got burnt also I didn’t really care but still no costumer service skills and it’s funny you work literally talking to people all day of what they want in their meal during you’re shift .its funny how also you say you don’t care about you’re costumers meal in front of them classic .

This location ALWAYS has a problem.The staff sucks they ALWAYS have an attitude. Their service skill can use immediate help. It's hard to believe they haven't been replaced even the so called manager is NO help whatsoever if you can avoid this location

This is the third time I've tried to eat at this place and the last time. The service is terrible, people do everything in bad taste, it seems like they're there under duress, including the manager!! You're losing a lot of money because of these grumpy and ungrateful employees.

I asked for a BLT and then I said the other items I want it on it they didn't put no let it then put no tomato so that people don't know how to make a BLT that it comes with tomatoes automatically keep an eye on your food you going to tell one by one what you want on it because it's not bright enough

Only one person fixing subs. There was 6 people in line waiting for at least 15 mins. The worker says she has to make 4 to go order subs ahead of ours. So rude and obnoxious employees. We'll be er go again

" I recently had a disappointing experience at Subway. Despite waiting in line for approximately 10 minutes, I was informed that the establishment was closing this was around 1:15 ish pm and unable to fulfill my order. This incident is not isolated, as I have encountered similar issues with the customer service on previous visits. The demeanor of the staff, particularly the ladies, was unprofessional and unwelcoming. based on these recurring encounters, I have decided not to patronize Subway in the future."
