People that work there not all... can be very rude!!!! I once heard a customer in front of me ask for more items on his sub and she said no that's not how it comes! so I couldn't understand why she just didn't charge him for the other ones that he wanted she was very rude to him. They make it so your afraid to order. True story. I stay away from that location now. This is the one by Target off of Millenia. Management really needs to take a look and maybe rehire nicer employees. I've been going there for years and it's pretty much rude employees all the time. Unbelievable!!!!

Do not recommend
Went in. The heavy set African American employee says white or wheat and I asked for H&C. She repeats white or wheat in a more aggravated tone. She then proceeds to pester me cause I didn’t tell here what meat I wanted fast enough (there’s no one else in the store) then she proceeds to ignore what I asked for and when I said forget it and was leaving she yelled at me and said I was OFF and that she just opened. I felt she would throw the sandwich at me if I didn’t leave any sooner than I did

The lady barely put any veggies in the veggie sandwich. When I asked for more olives she literally added 2 more. At least their veggies looked good but not worth going again.

The food is great and the store was very clean. But the real reason for this review is for the 2 girls working when I went in the other day. A rude customer started yelling and complaining but they handled it respectfully! I think the one with colored hair is the manager? She came right over and spoke calmly and respectfully to the crazy lady and she ended up paying for her food and leaving without problem.

Who ever the staff was right now (October 8 @4pm) was extremely rude. I have never had a subway location tell me I wasn’t allowed to have more veggies in my sub. She literally said that wasn’t allowed to have more than a few veggies. She continually gave me attitude throughout the process of her making my sub and even yelled at me for asking her to put shredded cheese on my sub… this is real life lol I can’t make this up. Worst experience. Horrible staff.

These people pick and choose the coupons. I was yesterday with a coupon that was received and got my order. I go the following day with another coupon from the same pack and now they say do not receive the coupon. They would not even scan the coupon to see if it works. That is wrong.

I had a little bit of trouble ordering today the lady that waited on me was nice but you could tell she was holding back her temper. I had not been here in a couple months I ordered three footlong sandwiches the size of each size was about like a regular hot dog bun so tiny and the prices have gone sky high the regular sandwiches that'll I bought are usually around $6.99-$7.99 are now $10.00-$10.39. The sandwich I ate was really good it was just small. This was a millennia location. The manager with pink and her hair was super nice.

My friend had a terrible experience at this Subway location in Miami. One of the employees made an inappropriate move and attempted to touch him without consent. This is not just unprofessional—it’s disturbing and unacceptable.
We expect a minimum standard of safety and respect when we walk into any food establishment. Subway needs to take this seriously, investigate the incident, and ensure that this kind of behavior is never tolerated.
I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone until something is done about the staff and their actions.
