First of all the employee behind the counter was great. Good guy. But subway if you're going to run commercials all day long about these foot long cookies, you know kids will see it and beg parents to take them all day long. When I arrive I'm told that management said to sell only 1 per customer! So now I'm sitting in the car with 3 highly disappointed & sad kids. It's ridiculous and terrible business practice. Say that on the commercial so parents won't make that disappointing trip. Do better. If you can't make enough cookies don't advertise it on tv. It's pitiful!

Upon walking in the two men behind the counter barely even acknowledge us, we started to order and the guy making our order couldn’t have seemed more irritated to help us. I ordered a sweet onion protein bowl, he didn’t cut up any of the American cheese I asked for leaving whole slices on top of a salad. My partner ordered a turkey salad - he forgot the turkey , then while fixing that issue , he threw the turkey on top whole and when I asked him if he could cut it up as it would be hard to eat in a salad WHOLE and he ripped it in half and threw the cover back on with attitude, the trash can was over flowing with trash and the floors were absolutely disgusting. I spent 22$ on a meal that absolutely sucked. The service was the worst I have ever experienced in a subway. Definitely will not be back to this one. These two men need a reality check on what it means to work and take care of your customers.

This subway has always great customer service and the employees actually make the subs the way customers order them. Seems like other places even when you ask them nicely they never get it right. Idk if I was just hungry but the sub they made for us today was just perfect!

I went at 8:30, it closes at 9 pm, the guy refused to take my order because they are closed. I told him I know that they close at 9, because I work at target so I always go there and he literally screamed at me that they were closed. Wild and rude

Online and door both advertise to everyone that store opens at 8 A.M., I am here an hour after their suppose to open and both doors are locked Org nobody answering the phone.

Teddy needs a reality check, why so hostile in a calm work environment?? Tried to tell us that a coupon wouldn’t scan when we have used the coupon prior with the same sandwiches. Its very funny how someone can have so much anger for no reason. Hope you find God or a better job, wish ya the best :)
