Recently, after visiting my neighborhood supermarket, I stopped at a nearby Subway Restaurant to pick up a couple of quick meals for my family and me. It was a Wednesday afternoon close to lunchtime. Considering the neighborhood, I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and refreshing the facility was.
The young Subway server welcomed me into the restaurant and quickly took my order. I asked what was new at Subway these days. The server mentioned that Corporate recently added four new “Fresh Fix” subs to the menu. They all looked and sounded promising, and I assured her that I would definitely try one on my next visit. But today, I ordered a full meatball marinara with pepper jack cheese and extra sauce. The marinara sauce is so good that I wish the Company had marketed it as a stand-alone product. My second sub was a whole fresh tuna fish salad with the works.
Since I did not request toasting for either sub, my entire experience took less than twenty minutes. Placing my order was hassle-free, as all of the embellishments were out in the open and easy to see. While I purchased the meatball sub primarily for me, both subs were delicious, and their combined cost was reasonable.
I appreciated the restaurant’s cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff, the quick and thorough ordering process, and above all, the freshness and taste of the subs. Thank you, Subway. I definitely plan to return, and please consider marketing the marinara sauce on its own.

Store #103400 Employ id 999997 when i walked to the store with my service animal the employee didnt even greet us and started by saying we only allow service animas wich i uderstaood and said yes he is a service animal even tho is ilegal to diclouse that information with anybody or even being asked about it.. wich she proceeded to reinstate the same .. that they only allow service animals. And i keep repeating the same al rude.. is pretty anoying when you trying to order and people are questioning your business it should be enough to know that he is a service animal.. then she proceeded to refuse service and when asked for name she pointed at her name tag wich was handwritten and due to my eye problems i couldt read and when i asked again she proceded and said “ you can read it” and walked away.. i called for help a couple of time and she never came out,, honestly subway? Do better

The worst customer service experience I was fifth in the line waiting to order, and when I was ready to order, the woman who was taking the order started doing online ordering. She didn't say anything to me; she just kept looking at me, so I told her that I had waited long enough in the line, and now instead of taking my order, she was doing the online order, which was not fair. They need to hire people with common sense. Someone like that woman shouldn't be dealing with the public.
