The server named Melissa at the Clarcona location was very rude. I did an online order and was at the store when the order status said ready. I inquired as to why my order was not ready even though the app said it was. She said I could either wait or cancel my order. When I asked her what is her name she said she doesn't have to tell me that in a very rude and aggressive tone. I am never going back there to eat.

Placed an order online to beat the crowd, because I had college work to rush through after picking up my order. I figured this would save me a lot of time.

I was wrong.

When I got there, there was only one person working. It was right around Easter when this happened so I thought there'd be more staff. He was working on 8 sandwiches in total. That's a lot. However, instead of picking up the pace to get everything out, he somehow went slower than casual speed. After waiting roughly 30 to 40 mins, and realizing there were more people ahead of me, I left. If I didn't get my school work in that night, I'd get zeros. Something I couldn't risk.

Later, I called the restaurant to get a refund. No response. I then emailed corporate, telling them about my experience. They emailed me back asking for my online order number and said they'd get back with me. I then gave the information requested.

They never got back with me.

This has been over a month ago. Please avoid this Subway, and Subways in general for that matter. They stole my 30+ dollars.

Why would you only have one person working a Saturday afternoon shift? Placed order thru the app and still had to wait a long time for food. It wouldn't kill y'all to have a second person in the store at all times. He did a great job tho, didn't catch his name.

I was picking up an order for an online third party delievery company. There was a line, about 5 or 6 people. I figured maybe it would be a 15 minute wait. I was there for an entire hour and I had to read my customers order to them, as if I was ordering for myself. The gentlemen that were working there were super nice, I give them that but Subway has to train their employees better at this location!!! Bless their hearts because it's not their fault, but they didn't seem to know what they were doing and were extremely slow! I did not want to cancel my customers order but if it would have been my own, I would have walked out after the first 20 minutes. Subway needs better training. I have NEVER waited so long at any restaurant in my life! Thankfully my customer wasn't too upset but it is bad for business!!! Unless you want to wait for hours on a meal, I would not recommend!
