Ordered food here and when our delivery service went to pick it up, we were told they didn't have any food. No tuna sub, no meatball sub, no chips, no sprite, no water. So we canceled our order. We were STILL charged $49 for the order and $30 fee for canceling. This subway didn't try to help us in any way even though they had no food at all and we spoke to them on the phone. We are out $80 for 2 subs that we NEVER got. Avoid this place at all costs they will not help you and they have no food.

Very bad experience, the sandwich was made reluctantly, then I sat down to eat and he immediately started telling me that he was closing in 45 minutes and that he had to clean the area where we were eating, I had never felt so bad in a restaurant, and of course The same thing happened to the other people who were with me that day...I was so disappointed. I'm never going back to that Subway again.

My order was awful. I ordered a simple chicken salad. There was very little lettuce in the bowl not even halfway full. The worker advised everyone after the fact that the store had ran out of lettuce. Why would you still offer to make an order when you lack the ingredients to make a proper meal, needless to say, I was still hungry and $16, that was not nearly worth three dollars. I attempted to contact the manager via email that’s on the receipt and I got no response. I called the store and got a disconnected/busy signal. I hope they can use my $16 towards something positive for the store because I’m very unhappy with how everything was handled , and my problem was not resolved. Please do better.

I honestly WISH I could give them ZERO STARS!!! This is now the second time I have ordered from this location, and both times they completely ruined my order. When I called for a refund (over 15 times), the phone line goes dead when prompted to speak to someone in the store location. They should be shut down!

Waited 15 minutes in the lobby with no customers lady with the short red hair and a bonnet was run saying to hurry up that she doesn’t have time for this and she has prep to do gave us attitude the whole time while rolling eyes we decided to leave

This place honestly needs to be SHUT DOWN and put under NEW MANAGEMENT !!! The food is garbage and the workers are rude and horrible. They practically beg customers for positive reviews to help them out but their customer service is horrible. It’s a complete circus in there. I’ll stick with other eateries around the area before i give them another dime. I wish 0 stars was an option. They need proper training on how to run this establishment, even management needs training. Just disgusting and below poor quality the food and employees.
