Soooo I walked into an empty store, 2 employees that barely acknowledged our entering - i mopping, the other behind the counter... we waited almost 10mins, never being addressed or served... We left and the female was still mopping .. smh... tell me u didn't wanna work without telling me.. I've witnessed poor service here in the past but this got it BEAT!

I went in to get a meatball sub but first I needed to use the bathroom the woman at the counter with long blonde braids starts talking loudly saying that I should have said hello and she can’t deal with my type of people Iam a Spanish woman I work everyday and was just trying to have lunch and she was being very rude and calling me out in front of all the other customers that were there when she had a customer right in front of her also she created a whole scene for no reason at all I did not use the bathroom or bought anything I will never go there again she should not be talking to people that way and creating a whole scene in front of eating customer simply because she felt like picking a fish with someone I feel she had something against Spanish people because she said I can’t deal with y’all kind of people everyone else in there was black whoever she was is sad people like that still exist causing trouble for no reason cmon subway pick better employees

The GM Nene is the best! From when I pulled just a blessing to be around. She is vibe to be around fa show! By far the best Subway I've been too. Because most other stores employees have bad attitudes.. today was a great way to start off my work day! Now I can go get this 💸💸💸

Everytime I go to this location or order online they never give me the correct order. I do not know who works here but the employees do not follow instructions and need to be trained better. I asked for multiple veggies and all they gave me was 3 green peppers. No lettuce or anything. If subway has a shortage, they need to just close the location instead of ripping off customers.

The beautiful black woman making the subs has no customer service and I dread seeing her face when I walk in. All though she make a great sub her customer service sucks and she needs to fix it. As of now I will not be visiting this subway again.

6/4/2024, between 12pm and 1pm. I entered the Subway Sandwich establishment with my family, inclusive of my 2 young boys ages, 9 &10 years old, along with my professional colleague. Our goal was to order 4 sandwiches for lunch. The male cashier was very helpful and started making our sandwiches, the female clerk/manager was at the back of the store and came out, addressed me in an unprofessional manner to the following statement "you people need to order all your sandwiches together" As a paying patron, I was confused at the statement and asked what did you say. Her immediate response was you people should order online or all at once, then the manager, said to me and my family, she would throw the sandwiches out if we didn't want them. I'm not sure this was the manner but this was a middle age African American woman and the African American young male at the cashier. She treated my family and I, as though we were inferior and subservient. Very unprofessional behavior displayed in front of a 9&10 year old. She threatened us to throw our sandwiches away. The young male cashier will be able to verify this encounter. Terrible service and kept asking me "Do you want your sandwich?" like this isn't what I'm in here for. I would think Subway internal operating procedures reflect and underscore the need for front line staff to at least attempt to offer relatively decent customer service. And that they pride themselves in Subway's organizational culture to treat all customers with respect. This staffer was disrespectful to me and to my family. She was extremely rude and kept asking if I still wanted our sandwiches and she can throw them away. How unfortunate, for Subway to employ such a less than desirable individual to interact and communicate with the public in terms of increasing Subway's revenue sales and ultimately, making sandwiches for the public. This employee no doubt, has cost this establishment some revenues. As a result of the rude behavior displayed and the unprofessional manner and disrespectful interactions by this store clerk, my family and I (4) of us, said no thank you and left the Subway establishment, upset and disappointed at the treatment we received. How unfortunate that a store clerk thought it was more important to be disrespectful and rude to us, rather than attempt to Garner another sale in terms of revenues for the company. Even my kids were disappointed and were surprised the store clerk addressed us in that manner. After that, they were very slow with the order and we eventually left. The higher-ups need to change their unprofessional staff at this location. This strategy is not good. My family and I will not return and thus, we were visiting from out of town.
