The young lady making our sandwiches was very friendly, sorry, I can't remember her name but it starts with a L, she provided exceptional customer service and great food 👍

The manager Sherri, has no hospitality skills whatsoever. She had an attitude to entire time while making my sandwich and barely put anything on my sandwich. I had to ask her twice to add more condiments on my sandwich. She did not greet us at all and should not be working in food service. If you hate your job so much just quit.

Worst customer service ever. I placed an order online they took my money when I went to pick it up the lady told me she never recived it. I showed her where we had paid the receipt and she still wouldn’t make our food. She wouldn’t even give me the number of someone who could at least approve the food being made or given me my money back.

This is the only Subway I will go to. The staff is great, especially Austin who takes care of me every time with a smile and a great attitude.

The employee at the front that took our order didn't even bother smile or bothered to say hello,he looked like he rather be anywhere than at work,it was out first time there at that subway and we are never coming back
Service here is very bad, from dude with very long hair is horrendous, definitely treated the white lady nicely though. No intro, no outro, asked for name then he left my food near register and walked away. Won't come back here never again. If you are Latino maybe refrain from coming here too...
Btw I work for a fortune 500 company, I know what I am talking about...

Whoever work on Thursday morning just does not want to serve anyone, she probably is not ok with anyone who does not know the menu and how the business work. Showing confused and upsetting face with attitude is crazy, just give her something easier please

You guys need to remove sherry from behind the counter and put her in the back so she doesn’t have to interact with customers. Her attitude is always STANK ! Like I don’t want anyone making my food like that. It’s getting ridiculous now

Tried the chicken salad it was very bland. This is too expensive almost 10$ for a footling. Crazy . They took out my favorite juices also.
