Twice now I ordered from here. I order sandwiches for several people and each time I have to open them to see who's sandwich it is because they weren't labeled! Also on one sandwich I had no veggies and when I received it, it had veggies.

I had a terrible experience in this location. My 8 yr old child had to use the bathroom and when I asked for the key so that my child could use the bathroom the employee said “no it’s only for customers and I said ok I’ll buy my child a cookie but she desperately has to use the bathroom he responded “no you have to buy a foot long before the bathroom can be used” My child looked at me and said how can people be so mean. We don’t even have money to get a foot long just a cookie. I have never experienced my child being denied the rest room unless a foot long is bought. Terrible customer service.

Incredible that the employees of this place did not allow me to go to the bathroom without giving an order. And the person who was cleaning the tables laughed when I asked for the key to use the bathroom and they told me I had to place an order. For a moment I felt that communism came to this incredible country, how sad.

Service is always so speedy even when theres a lot of people in the line. The workers here are very thorough when asking questions about how you would like your sub and so kind even when under pressure. My grilled chicken sub was delicious! And I enjoy their cookies!

Dude behind the counter wearing the mask is unprofessional and acts like making an order is a nuisance.
Here they treat the customers very badly, especially Johan or similar, I don't remember well, they should treat the customers better because they seem to be racist.

The guy, I didn’t get name, seem like we were bothering him to make sandwich. He had the metal cabinet covering meats, and he didn’t offer any meats. Was left to just assume and ask if particular meat was available.. He appeared exhausted and annoyed, at being there. Not good for business when you want customers to feel like they can order freely without being a nuisance.. would not recommend this place to anyone . ( I asked for toasted and he blatantly ignored my request, my friend asked for hers to be toasted and we had to get the cashier/veggie side to toast for us. Also please discuss hygiene habits with staff. Had to remind cashier to change her gloves before touching salad as I had just saw her push something in the trash and touch register with same gloves on.
