The sandwich artists are always very polite and helpful and they listen very well to detail and build your sandwich exactly the way you want it with a smile on their face and not a fake one I always enjoy stopping by for a sub

I ordered online 05/29 around 1pm and as you can see in the receipt it says STEAK. I get back home to find out there was no steak in the sandwich so I went back and the girl at the counter could really care less about it and didn’t even apologize at all, she made another flatbread and when I get home I find out the egg it still cold. Honestly is terrifying how no one can do their jobs and when they make a mistake they really don’t even care.

I had a scary experience at Subway on University Blvd last night. My husband ordered sandwiches that were not delivered. After work from my third job today two hours later I drove to the store and asked if I could just pick up the order. The worker immediately got hostile. He started yelling. He said you stupid people need to stop ordering online as it never works. He said he wasn’t going to make the sandwiches even though I had a confirmation number. I asked how I get my money back. He told me he made minimum wage and he didn’t care. He said you can take it up with your bank. I asked why he was so mad as I was just asking questions and I wasn’t yelling. He took his mask off and said see a smile. Then he started yelling again. He came around the counter. I got scared because I thought he was going to hit me. He started yelling over and over rock off. He followed me to the door and yelled at me all the way across the parking lot. I heard from the manager of the store. Corporate had him contact me. They are doing nothing. He didn't even watch the security footage. He talked to his employee and that was it. They aren't refunding my money either. He told me to check with the bank. The frustrating part is you can't call anyone for help with this. All complaints are handled online. Word of caution don't go to the Subway at 10165 University Blvd and don't order on their APP they won't honor their orders. I posted on Subway's Facebook page and they removed it.

COVID killed the service, slow, doing other things besides helping customers…. I guess they’re used to to go orders…foods still good.. sad

Great place but a very bad experience tonight. The sandwich artist in duty March 17 around 8:15 pm was rude, obnoxious, and stuck up. He got upset because I insisted to know what bread was the freshest. He already refused to answer two previous times in the past. I never had the same attitude with his colleagues who go overboard to provide the freshest bread.This individual gives a bad reputation to this Subway where I am going almost every night currently.One bad apple should not reflect on the whole team. However, I will boycott the restaurant each time this guy is in service from now on. I hope management will take my complaint seriously and review the appropriateness to keep this employee in its team.On a side note, the sub was excellent. I even told him leaving the store; nevertheless, he was still upset because I had the temerity earlier to emphasize he was the only one to refuse to tell me the freshest bread. Incredible!Boycottt when it is him in service. He refused to tell me his name incidentally... Definitely a bad element...he might be better staying in the kitchen with no contact with the clientele. Total unfit customer wise.
