Walked in nobody else in the store but me and Nina the worker. She never greeted me and I stood there for 5 mins while she was making what looked like an online order. While the other order was being tossed she stood there and just looked at me not attempting to start my order.

My husband and I came in last Tuesday night, around 8:30 or so to get 2 sandwiches. Roberta, the employee, was incredibly rude to us the entire time. She did not greet us when we came in and when we were placing our orders she was uninterested and acted extremely bothered by the fact that we had came in. It got to the point where we didn't even order the second one because she was acting as if it was irritating for her to put the first one together. We will not be returning. I'm not sure if the other employees are like this, but she was terrible.

Is reading not a required skill to work anymore? Bro couldn’t get either of our sandwiches right, not to mention the two basic requests in the special instructions (light sauce & labeling the sandwiches to tell them apart with me saying “please” TWICE) just for us to come back and ask for them to be remade to find out they magically used the REST of their meatballs for the day on our wrong order… can’t make this shit up. Literally do better.

Shyla and Joel gave me the best customer service ever very kind and helpful I went with my autistic son and the way they treated us was just amazing very loving we felt like family not like just another customer. Love them thank you for having them here they make this restaurant simply wonderful.

I normally don’t leave reviews but this experience was terrible. I’ve never been to subway and picked the sandwich I wanted from the menu and he gave me options for bread. I picked from his options but I noticed the jalapeño bread and I asked if I could get that then he proceeded to tell me you have to ask for that with an attitude. He was already rude upon me and friends coming in. He’s the assistant manager and I will not coming back . I understand having bad days but this is a customer service job and he doesn’t know me from anywhere to treat us the way he did. He did become nicer at the end but I expect better from a manager

Ordered my food online and when I brought it back home, I saw that they used the wrong bread and didn’t toast it. Went back and showed them my receipt and said they can’t control the app and refused to remake my order.

Never go to this location.

Just visited this location and was happily pleased with the service Maria and Luisa provided. They were so sweet and kind honestly a breath of fresh air. I will be visiting more often if they are there with there beautiful smiles. They were so patient with me and my family deciding what to order. Awesome dual?⭐️☺️

THIS MESSAGE REGARDS A NEGATIVE COMMENT ABOUT TWO FEMALE EMPLOYEES AT STORE #54222 in Orlando, FL on Alafaya Trail.

The two girl employees in Subway Store #54222 on Alafaya Trail in Orlando, FL presented very poor service to me as I placed my order with a coupon for a 6" Tuna meal, toasted with pepperjack cheese. There was no reason for their attitude. It seems as though one employee was being trained by the other one as she was being instructed on how to ring up the order. The trainee snatched the coupon out of my hand and the other had a mean behavior towards me when I asked for more southwest sauce.

I have never encountered such an employee at any Subway franchise. Please bring this message to their attention and train them good manners toward your customers. I made a CHOICE to purchase a Tuna sandwich at this location. But, with such attitudes presented, I CHOSE to take my God-given money to another location in Avalon Park where my family and I usually go for a sub sandwich.

I was so disappointed! I took my coupons back and told them that I was going to write a review about the incident which occurred at ~3:00 pm on Thursday, July 18, 2024.
