I normally don’t leave reviews but this experience was terrible. I’ve never been to subway and picked the sandwich I wanted from the menu and he gave me options for bread. I picked from his options but I noticed the jalapeño bread and I asked if I could get that then he proceeded to tell me you have to ask for that with an attitude. He was already rude upon me and friends coming in. He’s the assistant manager and I will not coming back . I understand having bad days but this is a customer service job and he doesn’t know me from anywhere to treat us the way he did. He did become nicer at the end but I expect better from a manager

Ordered my food online and when I brought it back home, I saw that they used the wrong bread and didn’t toast it. Went back and showed them my receipt and said they can’t control the app and refused to remake my order.
Never go to this location.

Just visited this location and was happily pleased with the service Maria and Luisa provided. They were so sweet and kind honestly a breath of fresh air. I will be visiting more often if they are there with there beautiful smiles. They were so patient with me and my family deciding what to order. Awesome dual?⭐️☺️

THIS MESSAGE REGARDS A NEGATIVE COMMENT ABOUT TWO FEMALE EMPLOYEES AT STORE #54222 in Orlando, FL on Alafaya Trail.
The two girl employees in Subway Store #54222 on Alafaya Trail in Orlando, FL presented very poor service to me as I placed my order with a coupon for a 6" Tuna meal, toasted with pepperjack cheese. There was no reason for their attitude. It seems as though one employee was being trained by the other one as she was being instructed on how to ring up the order. The trainee snatched the coupon out of my hand and the other had a mean behavior towards me when I asked for more southwest sauce.
I have never encountered such an employee at any Subway franchise. Please bring this message to their attention and train them good manners toward your customers. I made a CHOICE to purchase a Tuna sandwich at this location. But, with such attitudes presented, I CHOSE to take my God-given money to another location in Avalon Park where my family and I usually go for a sub sandwich.
I was so disappointed! I took my coupons back and told them that I was going to write a review about the incident which occurred at ~3:00 pm on Thursday, July 18, 2024.

Fallen downhill in the last couple of months. Showed up 905am and soda machine was out of syrup, bread was stale, toaster was not on so had to get Sammy , meat was freezer burnt.. it was not “eat fresh” at all. Ended up throwing away half my 6inch ?

This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to. I’ve come a multitude of times and have had slight issues with the rude staff but today really took the cake. The blonde lady n tall dark haired male (both in their 20s I’d say) working this evening had absolutely no sense of awareness. Upon entering the doors we waited as the two employees were nowhere to be found and once they finally came out we were greeted with a condescending hello. The blonde haired woman then preceded to make me the skimpiest chicken bacon ranch sub I have ever purchased while my boyfriend attempted to make conversation with both of the employees (because the atmosphere was very uncomfortable) to which he was ignored by the blonde lady and blankly stared at by the male. Any time I come into this location it is the same people who lack basic communicative skills and for that reason, I will not be returning.

At the register I decided to purchase a churro the girl preparing the meal, Yelled at me while I was paying and told me the next time tell them if I want a churro before I get to the register because it takes time to prepare it. It’s not prepared and place to the side. Very rude. Subway number 54222–0

I eat here so often Denise knows my name. The food is fast, fresh, and reasonably priced. What else do you need from a Subway? Use the app for great deals and ordering ahead.

I ordered number 1 Philly with extra tomatoes, olive, green peppers and onion rings all are in italian bread. I got Lay's chips and Coke Zero for lunch. I like Teriyaki Chicken as I can suggest your next visit but first, Philly was so good.

Warning if you use the Subway app. I have been hacked multiple times and had fraudulent orders placed on my credit card. If this happens to you and you contact Subway they don't take any blame and put it all on you. Terribly ran company.
