I ordered number 1 Philly with extra tomatoes, olive, green peppers and onion rings all are in italian bread. I got Lay's chips and Coke Zero for lunch. I like Teriyaki Chicken as I can suggest your next visit but first, Philly was so good.

The subway in Alafaya, there's an employee in there but the name is Roberta she is very rude and does not care to help clients. Second time I had an issue with her. I ordered 5 subs, however she put all of them in one bag with no name or indication what it is so now I have to open each sandwich. When I ask her about it she said they are too busy for that even though I added instructions when I placed my order. I never have an issue with any other subway and love the store. It's a shame one employee makes it difficult for others, subway to be run by Denise Aguilar.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had at any Subway I’ve ever been to. The lady making the sandwich squirt so much mustard on it that I had to ask her to scrape it off. She used her fingers to scoop it off!!!Then they rung me up wrong and when they re-rung me up they didn’t refund my rewards I used and charged me more than the first time! When I complained, the cashier told me I either accept the amount charged or return the food for a refund and go somewhere else. I was with my family they were hungry and tired so I accepted and let it go. In hindsight I should of taken her advice and gotten the refund and left. When I got home and checked my receipt, she ended up overcharging me anyways. What incompetence! I will never return to this Subway again. If I could give them negative stars I would of!

Don't eat the unhealthy, yoga mat bread. Google Subway, see the expo about them putting rubberized material in the bread. They stated they would try to put less of the ingredients instead of saying none. Get a bowl instead!
I ordered through the website and never got my order. I called the restaurant and the person who said she couldn't help me bc she made the already made sandwich herself. Then told me since I did it through door dash > not the website it couldn't be redone/redelivered, bc it wasn't subways fault that I didn't get my food. (I did order through the Subway website) She really sounded like she could care less and repeated the same thing. She told me I had to reach out to door dash. I reached out to door dash who advised the refund would have to come from subway bc the payment was taken from their website and the refund would be sent by mail. All I wanted was my food! Maybe the person at the store could have been more empathetic as well??....A little goes a long way. I never got my food and will have to wait a couple of weeks to get a refund by mail.

Ordered 3 footlong subs. The lettuce was brown and nasty. Asked if there was more but Brandy and Roberta said that is all they had and that’s how it came. They also proceeded to just put a little bit of toppings. I know this because when I went back in to purchase chips, Brandy put more toppings on the same type of sandwich I ordered.Brandy was very rude when we went back to get chips. We waiting in line, she never acknowledged us, and when we were next in line, she said “you should have came over here” with an attitude. We said that we will let her manager know her behavior and she was yelling (while other customers are in the building) that she can’t get fired. This type of non customer service needs to be addressed. We went to this location because the assistant manager has offered us great customer service in the past.
