The lady who serves, Leah, is always very attentive. The last time we were there, she even remembered our order.

Skeleton staffed, one person here alone. Hand sanitizer doesnt even have a thing in it (not just empty). Handling nonstop online and walk in orders. Criminal slavery lol. If i could give 0 stars i would. Bad subway

Not a Subway fan much nowadays and hardly ever go there to eat but I was craving a Tuna sub yesterday and decided to go to my nearby one at this location with my friend and it was AWFUL. We walked inside the restaurant and stood in front of the “Order Here” sign/placement. The worker there saw us come in and said “hello” in a whisper so we couldn’t hear her and was busy with a “To Go” online order. (A young lady) I also noticed she had earbuds in so we weren’t sure she heard us but she definitely saw us walk in and stand to wait for her graciously to finish the online order for like 20 mins. Some other customers walked inside the restaurant after we were waiting for her first and went to the “Check out cash wrap” counter and told the lady they wanted to order their sandwich. We were in disbelief that the lady didn’t tell them we were in line first and went ahead and took their order. My friend and I were outraged and said “That’s not fair! We were here before them!!” and left the restaurant. Unfortunately, there have been multiple occurrences such as this one which makes this particular location trash due to new management and staff members. They just don’t care about good customer service anymore and gets away with doing the bare minimum and not even that. I would not advise to go here. Definitely go to another Subway location. Take it from us or you might experience the same thing.

Bread not so fresh
stood in a long line watching one employee playing on her phone and the other one serving people. It is a crazy idea, but when there is a long line perhaps it is time to get off your phone and serve them. The food was good enough but I will take my business elsewhere

If i could give a 0 i would, i haven't been in here in years because im not a subway person but today i felt a craving for a tuna sub, so i get there yhe person said hello when i opened the door, he was doing some order, so i waited for about 4 minutes hoping he looks up and at least say I'll be right with u, or give me one second.. nothing! Totally ignored my presence! So i just walked away without a sub, and of course i will NOT go in there again, ver poor training in customer service!

This is in no way shape or form a reflection on the employees because they have always been amazing to me. This is more about a change I noticed and I'm curious if anyone else feels the same.
On my last visit I noticed a gigantic metal lid over the proteins so you could not see them making that part of your sub anymore. I purchased 3 subs and when I got home, it felt like they were not as filled like they used to. Not only did they look skinnier, when I started to eat them it felt like the protein to bread ratio was off as in the portion had been reduced.
That's when the visual of the metal lid really came back to the foreground of my memory of that purchase because immediately it felt like the lid was there to purposefully to block our vision so that we wouldn't see the smaller portions of the protein being placed on the sub.
Has anyone else noticed this either in this or in any other location and or have you also felt like the last few times you went to Subway recently your sandwiches were not quite as packed with protein and toppings in general as they used to be?

The person behind the counter today at 2:48 PM ask the people to walk to one side of the counter to be able to tell him what type of sandwich you want or in other words what type of bread you want there’s 10 people in the store you want everybody to stay all the way to the end and run the line to the bathroom in order to tell you what Bread they want that is ridiculous. I was waiting in there way more than 10 minutes before he took my order and then refused to take my order because I did not want to walk to where he was standing so he can pull whatever sandwich that I wanted I told him I wanted 6 inch Italian herbs and cheese. I don’t have to stand next to him to tell him that, I hope he gets fired because his service is ridiculous and he is slow
