The person behind the counter today at 2:48 PM ask the people to walk to one side of the counter to be able to tell him what type of sandwich you want or in other words what type of bread you want there’s 10 people in the store you want everybody to stay all the way to the end and run the line to the bathroom in order to tell you what Bread they want that is ridiculous. I was waiting in there way more than 10 minutes before he took my order and then refused to take my order because I did not want to walk to where he was standing so he can pull whatever sandwich that I wanted I told him I wanted 6 inch Italian herbs and cheese. I don’t have to stand next to him to tell him that, I hope he gets fired because his service is ridiculous and he is slow

This is amazing. I’m not sure the name of the person that made the sandwiches for us. He was new but was patient and very nice to us! However to the manager with the red hair and tattoos needs to learn how to treat her employees better. She comes in and he goes to greet her and she interrupts and says “get back to work.” Then proceeds to yell at the maintenance man who is fixing their soda machine. While making sandwiches she was also degrading the new employee. Miss girl, if you don’t know how to talk to people then don’t manage in customer service!

The elderly woman making the sandwiches was a delight. The manager on duty, however, was pretty rude with a staff member in training and made things weird. Then, she gave me a stank face when it was time to pay. Made me feel very uncomfortable.

I normally love subway but this is the second time I have ordered a steak and cheese and not wanted it toasted and they had it delivered without heating the steak. Are you even allowed to serve a cold steak and cheese? The subway I was trained in taught us that it was a health hazzard I doubt that has changed.

Went there a week ago. Have never been there before. Got 2 foot longs. Woman making it was great. Also, she just made the sammys. A different lady handled the register. Good idea for cleanliness.The sandwiches were good. Fresh everything and bread was perfect. I would go again
